SimplePractice meets both with an excellent price point. I had tons of questions and requests for training from both the clinician and client perspective and all were met promptly and respectively. Cons I'm not sure I am able to send HIPAA compliant emails other than the initial email or for invoicing. Although maybe there is a way to do this? Website is a bit difficult in billing, and could use streamlining but is good. Only major concern is the credit card processing. One week to send payment to my account is unacceptable, so I will continue to use square, but I would like to have it connected to the website. I trust you will work on this. March 9, 2016 5.0 This EHR is easy to onboard and has excellent features well suited to private practice documentation and management. I first looked at it when it was a much smaller program and now have finally bought into it- in my first week of use, I was very pleased by how easy it was to use and how comprehensive it is. Now, I am more efficient. Simple practice eliminates a lot of paperwork and files- you can access everything on your computer. Enter info 1x. Using stripe makes payments easy. Product is fairly robust & well attuned to the business of therapy. Mostly easy to use, though there are a few less than optimal things (like you can't see payments entered by phone, so it's easy to forget you recorded & double record). I did have to seek customer service and they were very helpful. Pros I like the client portal and the ability to have clients book online.
