EZ Management can be tailored to suit our needs. Overall fully comprehensive system, glad we made the move for our fire and security company.

Pros

extremely responsible customer services. Developers go above and beyond and they are always eager to help. much more comprehensive than our previous software management system

Cons

it was a tough process moving across from existing software but EZService Hub really do go above and beyond to ensure migration is completed as quickly as possible

I found the experience with ezServiceHUB from start to finish A1 , 5 stars all round ! Communication with staff was very transparent , honest and no hidden costs. Training was very smooth and their trainer was very patient with me and always got back to me with my queries. The on line support was exceptional , I had difficultly sending batch emails and it was actually a fault on my microsoft email account and the support personal for that issue was super. Overall a very good company to deal with !

As my company is only coming into its 4th year of business, it was necessary to find a software that would suit my business, and I can state honestly this software ticked all the boxes. Pros: Very good support , Available Administration required for the EN51031 Standards, System Design , Risk Assessments etc.. Available Administration required for the PSA 2006-12 CCTV requirements , System Design , Risk Assessments etc. Fast software updates. Easy to navigate their online software. Scheduling jobs made very easy. Routine annual service reminders . Good set up for the Electronic Security Industry. Easy for Sole Traders to use

Set up fee was a little high for a start up company , however it was well worth it once the software was set up and running , the on line training was excellent and the software was set up for the processes and procedures within my company.

For any security and fire installer looking for a cost-effective online management system, we thoroughly recommend EZ Management.

Pros

Since switching from our previous management software to EZ Management, we have found numerous benefits to our business. Their Engineer App makes for easy use and allows us to record all necessary information, when on site. Also, their cloud-based software is so straightforward. The software’s interface with Xero.com and Stripe for taking customer card payments are excellent. Most importantly to us, we have peace of mind knowing that our data is secure and is consistently being backed up and stored safely on secure servers.

Cons

One of the main concerns that we had before making the decision to transfer to EZ Management was their software’s ability to produce reporting features and whether they would comply with our inspectorate’s requirements. We recently had our 6 monthly standards audit and all reports provided by EZ Management complied fully with their requirements and provided accurate figures, at the touch of a button. Another concern was ongoing Customer Support. Our previous management software company would never answer the telephone when we required assistance - we could only leave a message and then wait for a call back within 24 hours. In contrast, EZ Management is a complete beath of fresh air! Their technical support staff are second to none and our call is always promptly answered and problems resolved within minutes.. and not days.

Pros

From quotations, service dockets to compliance. EZ service hub same time and streamlines our service to our customers.

Cons

Can’t find anything really. Ticks all the boxes for service and installation tasks.

Very easy to use/ Does everything that a security installation company would need, From Job planning thru to NSI reporting / invoicing

Pros

This Software is absolutely brilliant. From ease of installation to actually using the software. It took me literally 20 mins to set a few customers up (as i started from scratch) and assign jobs and get reports generated. It has every thing you need and is not over complicated. The support team are fantastic and they always get back with answer. I was using another company management software but that software was appalling. I am so relived to have found this piece of software. Any one that wants to email me google my name, Grimsby area security company. Again thanks to EzManagement LTD

We have found the product and the company second to none. It was extremely easy to implement and any issues we had with it were sorted immediately. The company bent over backwards to solve any hiccups we had or anything we needed tweaked or changed. We had excellent training on a weekly basis until we were happy to push forward by ourselves. We are so glad with picked this software.

Pros

We liked that it was so easy to adapt for what we needed without any hassle. Nothing was a problem to solve. We now have 13 engineers using the software on a daily basis.

Cons

There is nothing we dont like about the software

It did exactly what it was advertised to do. Once we had the initial introduction to the soft wear, we knew it was a good fit and we were correct. It has made the turn around of reports and worksheets coming from site and the dispatch of jobs to our engineers so much quicker and easier to manage.

Network Security have used the EZManagement platform for many years. We are a company who strive for growth and with this comes additional expectations from our control system year on year. We have found that EZManagement operate in a similar mindset. Our requests for additional features and functionality have always been met with engagement from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and his team, coupled with prompt design and implementation. The new cloud based platform offers our office and field staff the features we require and more. With further plans for future advancements, we feel this has been a positive step for our company.

Pros

Integration with our accounts system was key for us and this is achieved. The system is well designed and our staff found it a relatively easy transition.

Cons

As a cloud based system, we are totally reliant on our broadband and other factors versus an in-house server hosted solution. However the benefits outweigh this to date

ezServiceHUB are possibly the most friendly and helpful company that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. No issue is to big or small for them, the after care is incredible, all calls are answered in seconds and requests are actioned in minutes.

Pros

The product is extremely easy to use, training only takes a few hours. The additional engineer app allows you to easily and quickly create jobs and send to engineers in a matter of seconds. The apps ability to show engineers previous job sheets/reports allows them to work quicker and more effectively.

Cons

No cons to report, everything works as promised and more.

Reasons for choosing ezServiceHUB

Cost is always a large factor when choosing a product, having previously worked for previous company who paid over £80k for a similar but far less inferior product, it was was any easy choice to choose ezServiceHUB.
