Pros: I love the fact that it is a complete business application software suite. There is no mandatory initial package you have to subscribe to; you pick the business application areas you want and enable them. The rest remains available to you for immediate subscription if your business needs change and you can activate and set up the new apps really quickly.

It has good user permission functions so as a Company Admin you can easily set up permissions for your users so that they see what they need to see, they can edit what is theirs to edit and sensitive information remains hidden to them. Think of things like employees health records, resumes, attendance records. Only the HR boss and leadership team can see that.

Very powerful blending of applications so there's zero integration effort at an admin level. If an app area is enabled, the existing apps you have embrace it and can use it in workflows, processes, activities and notifications without admin intervention. It can do really clever things like documents associated with a lead automatically follow through to an opportunity. When an opportunity is being worked it can automatically produce quotations. It handles RFP and proposals well too. Then when the opportunity is 'won' you can automatically create a project for the project management team and all the data about the affected products, services and documentation through the entire sales history follows too.

Very powerful CRM package too that we marvel at.

Cons: The real time widgets and reports are a good feature, but I'd prefer it if I had more opportunity to create my own custom reports. They are available in some areas of the platform, like the Contract Management and Supplier Due Diligence and Compliance areas. What is there is very useful. Understandable though as there are 17 major application areas across CRM and ERP and the Trivaeo focus appears to be more on day to day usability and integration across the components than the after the fact or 'historical' reporting.

Overall: CRM is very strong and all our team use it religiously. I'm given to understand that getting users to embrace CRM can be a challenge. The Trivaeo CRM is easy and intuitive to use so the folks love it and actually use it willingly. It really helps them.

We love the fact we can fully incorporate our products and services into our CRM activities and also the fact we can define our own activity templates, tasks and 'statuses' for things we do routinely. We also save a lot of time because as our more complex sales activities lead into orders that the projects they create are only 1 click away. The integrated Task Management app means that setting up projects is really easy as its really an enhanced task management system that puts prerequisites and deliverables in order against tasks. We use CRM, Contract Management, Task Management, Document Management and Project Management daily and the fact it all flows together saves us hours per employee per week.

Pros: Wanted a platform that runs the whole business. This does it fine and is really easy to use.
I like the CRM and e-HR and also the new projects Management helps us a lot.
Saves us many hours with integrated document management working really well. Saves us time with new processes and workflow for just about everything.

Cons: Reports graphics not very good and could do with an in-built accounts package

Overall: Very good indeed. I would recommend highly. Not one single fault since we started using it, so not sure if service is good or not. Use this platform in Premium version and you get all of the flexibility to build it the way you want, but works just fine out of the box. Lightening fast on my broadband. The CRM is far better than any other I have ever used and document management is really slick for collaborating with colleagues. Well worth the small monthly fee. Not sure how long it will stay at this price though.
