Overall: This software is very good we’ve been using it for several years.
Pros: I am a graduate of BS Medical Technology and I have been working in a government hospital for several years. HC Lab was a huge help in a laboratory. Suitable in almost all sections (Hematology, Coagulation, Biochemistry, Urinalysis, Pathology and microbiology) He simplifies the work even if there are many patients you can easily report results. It's super easy to access and easy to use.
Cons: We haven’t had a problem with HC Lab yet so I have nothing to say. We use it every day and it makes our work easier.

Overall: Easy to use, stable
Pros: This software is so stable. We rarely have issues on the back end fixing any issues. The resulting screen is super plain and easy to understand.
Cons: The system it self looks quite old. The writing and look of it are not up to date at all. The print outs come out looking typed up instead of a professional report.
