Pros I can take the remote of any user who is using ncomputing & also observe user activity. Cons GUI of this product, need to update it. also, the support needs to be improved. AU Anonymous User IT Non-Profit Organization Management ### "Vspace Save Electricity cost for Computer Lab" 4.0 Overall Rating 4.0 4.0 Ease of Use 4.0 4.0 Features 4.0 4.0 Customer Service 4.0 4.0 Likelihood to Recommend 10/10 June 13, 2022 I have been set up for 3 schools already about computing using vspace and it run very well and smooth, the main challenge that we are using computing as the school at the countryside doesn't have enough electricity so we use the solar panel to support the computer in lab and thank computing solution that match with this situation and it run well and smooth, a teacher using it never complain as the student using a basic function such as Microsoft Office and typing for their basic computer skill. Pros The software is stable and never has a problem, and its supports rendering and better performance too, especially during playing video and using a web browser. I would say it's almost smooth as the native computer. the dashboard of the client management is simple can see all the status of the client devices. It was honestly a solid program that let me get done what i needed to do without getting lost trying to find things. Pros I liked that it wasn't ever particularly difficult to navigate and figure out how to use. It allowed us to balloon and grow our testing labs, and provided labs in almost every corner. We centrally managed it all, allowing a nice array of computers that we could upgrade with a single point of hardware upgrade. It was low barrier of entry, and semi-simple to get started. But while it was simple to get started, as the deployments grew, the problems also got a little more complex. Thirsty users causing issues, graphical acceleration issues for others. Despite our issues, we would have remained with the product had the Chromebook not been "invented" Pros vSpace allowed us to deploy large labs of devices, with upgrades done on "server" machines that helped everyone. We deployed large labs, doubled our overall computing number with this technology alone. Cons We used this platform in it's infancy and unfortunately there were some major hiccups along the way. The product has grown much more stable, but for a while there were frequent crashes, update issues, firmware issues, and more. Pros With one CPU, we are able to operate four desktops in our small internet cafe. The same goes for antivirus. Also, there is saving in electricity. Cons We need to login each system with username and password which is a bit annoying but okay. Maybe they have a feature which can bypass it but did not bother to check. Pros Just using one CPU, the internet cafe is able to host 5 PCs without compromise on speed. There is also saving in terms of antivirus as one installation takes care of all. Else, there would have been five times more cost on antivirus. Cons Each time the system is started, one has to update time and enter username and password on all the connected PCs, which is annoying. Maybe, missing a feature that could update time automatically.
