"Bad customer service, we feel stolen from"

**Overall:** From hundreds of purchased softwares over the year this was the worst experience, not customer oriented at all

**Pros:** Simple ui, the few features that are avalible work flawlessly

**Cons:** Very bad customer experience, we paid for a lifetime membership and they won't let us redeem the codes that didn't get added when purchasing. So basically they stole from us. I do not recommend this product at all, very slow development times and not customer oriented - look elsewhere!!

"DoneDone - Easy to use."

**Overall:** We're very pleased with DoneDone. Recently we integrated a support email address to a DoneDone Project. Since our customers already have a support email address they use there was no need to have our customers use a different email address. DoneDone will create a new Issue for each new incoming email. Issues are assigned to a Fixer and a Tester. A user can send email replies to the original 'poster' as well as adding internal notes to the Issue. Priority and Status can be changed by a user with necessary permissions assigned to a Project.

**Pros:** The web based system is easy to use and has a straight forward user interface.

**Cons:** Right now I don't have access to the newer DoneDone 2 using my existing credentials.
