They have been an integral part of our company's HIPAA Compliance Program and a trusted and reliable partner in our compliance efforts. Pros The best aspects of the HIPAA One service are their ease of use and stellar customer service. Cons There is nothing we liked least about HIPAA One. I suppose I could say that we would be happier if it were less expensive, but that is only because everyone wants everything to be less expensive. In fact, they are a great value for the money!
