We use their web tool to perform an annual Security Risk Assessment. They have been an integral part of our company's HIPAA Compliance Program and a trusted and reliable partner in our compliance efforts. Pros The best aspects of the HIPAA One service are their ease of use and stellar customer service. Cons There is nothing we liked least about HIPAA One. I suppose I could say that we would be happier if it were less expensive, but that is only because everyone wants everything to be less expensive. In fact, they are a great value for the money! Last year, I was assisting in the process (and not the lead) and in the meetings I sat in on, the auditor was abrasive and almost rude. Cons Would like to see a calendaring/scheduling feature that maps out all the important duties based on the Policy templates. I could then use this feature to be aware of upcoming obligations and track new activity against policy.
