Pros The most impressive aspect of the MarketGrabber Job Board is its incredible ease of use and flexibility. The customization options have allowed us to tailor the job board perfectly for our members, catering specifically to the construction industry in Calgary. The platform's intuitive design significantly reduced the anticipated burden and costs of setting up and maintaining a job board. Additionally, the customer support is outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help make our job board better. (and so friendly too!) Cons There is very little to critique about the MarketGrabber Job Board. Initially, navigating some of the advanced customization options required a bit of a learning curve, but the excellent support from their team quickly helped us overcome these challenges. I have tried a lot job board software and feel that the overall knowledge, service, experience, and capabilities of MarketGrabber are unmatched. Pros The support and service from \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team is great. One of the main reasons I decided to go with MarketGrabber.The cost of setup for the MarketGrabber Job Board was extremely reasonable. I paid a one-time license fee and reasonable monthly price for hosting and support. The team got everything setup quickly within a few days. A lot of the customized development options I look into or other SaaS providers would have required more customization. If you want reasonable priced job board software that can be setup quickly, go with MarketGrabber. Cons The software feels a little clunky at first and takes some getting used to. Now that I am used to using MarketGrabber it is much easier to use. You just need to get used to it. We'd like to be able to search our own database by category, city, state, job title etc. Even though we don't sell our candidate database to customers, we do full cycle recruiting and it would be helpful if that was part of the software package.
