Pros \- A great way to streamline the processes and workflows in our martial arts school - Convenient mobile app for easier access - Great value for money for the impressive features set you get - Perfect for managing multiple branches - Finance management at one place - Inventory management - Records competition results and belt promotions - Attendance tracking via QR code - Customer lifecycle tracking (from lead to the member) Cons A lack of an option to import the current database with a single click. I spent months looking for software which would do what I wanted and needed - no system is perfect, but this comes so very close! Pros The customer support is quick and amazingly helpful. Many products do similar things, however this product does those things like : class attendance - QR login, waivers, invoicing, group messages, sms, emails,inventory, connecting with third party like PAYAPL etc --- BUT they don't have this customer support. They always help SO FAST, and always try to find ways to help. PLUS they are reasonably priced (not cheap and FREE - that would be silly) for a small family business like us who have ALL the needs of BIG business.... but can't afford ridiculous pricing structures. Cons That I don't make use of the system enough! While I could do BOTH, plus my massage, acupuncture - all thru this application. That flexibility PLUS the affordability was why I chose this company. There have been a few times I needed some other options and when I contact dojomanagers support they are always quick to respond and helpful. In addition its inexpensive, great value for the money Cons Sometimes it can be confusing to set up invoices and payments. September 15, 2022 5.0 DojoExpert has given me most features I need, at an affordable price, and continue to build their platform. Overall a very easy to use system. Pros My first reason for buying into DojoExpert was price. It had all the basic features I wanted at a much cheaper price than others. DojoExpert is still building onto their platform and adding new features all the time. Cons Some integrations are a little more complicated or hard to follow...would hope to be more user friendly and almost plug and play. Not only does it already have most of the features i need to manage my full time venues, but the support is also great. Pros - Does almost everything you need for managing your martial arts club/venues - They don't try and make their product fit for any other sports/fitness clubs - Free app for your students - Great value for money for what you get - If you have multiple venues you can see all figures but create users to manage individual venues - Manage all your clubs finance through the system - Export all your data simply and easily - they dont hold it hostage - Connects to different DD providers (via API) or takes payments via Paypal - Communicate with your members via email or text messages - Records competition results and belt promotions - Recently added full inventory control - You can integrate elements with your web site Cons - You can add a lead form to your web site that takes enquiries straight in to the system but the management of the leads needs some refinement - One feature that i am currently chasing them for is the ability for the students to be able to cancel and then rebook a session their mobile app - The software is quite simple to use but they could do with a more comprehensive manual to help when you need more detail. When you compare what you get form the other software providers for the price you pay you will understand why i am banging on about the value for money thing. The features are logical and the documentation is getting better. should you have 1 to 100+ students, it scales well Cons Documentation of features could use some improvements but this is evolving over time. April 19, 2018 4.0 It showed me that good martial arts software at a reasonable price is out there. Pros Screen layout is simple and un-cluttered. Each feature has been well designed to capture the needs of most karate dojo's. A variety of services for a variety of clients. Prices are very affordable, even at the ultimate level. Cons I have no major objections. Only page design could be more lively and intense.The font of the letters is quite thin and pale,and slightly harder to read.
