Pros: Vast variety of reports you need to follow up on all concerns. Real time data and the ability to organize tabs to arrange your screen to customize what you would like to see in which order.

Cons: Can become a long complicated process when you are trying to add/delete new data from the system. Also when you try to play voice messages from jobs that have been entered into the system greater than a month or two ago, you cannot play back the voice messages.

Overall: Easy system.

Comments: Extremely easy to use, even for someone who is not technologically inclined. Easy to be an admin for the software as well, the help desk can handle most issues that come up.
