I was looking for something new that wasn't as expensive as Sprout Social and found Sendible had most of the features of Sprout for a fraction of the price. Sendible also doesn't charge for every little extra you need. The amount of accounts I have connected to Sendible without being charged extra is truly fantastic. I so appreciate having a company that understands that freelancers like myself don't have as much money to spend, but to deliver high quality, competitive results, we need high level features. Thank you for being exactly what I needed when I needed it!

Pros

Realistic pricing and ease of use. I also like that you can tag other accounts with ease - unfortunately some other programs don't allow this for some platforms.

Cons

I think the reporting could be stepped up a bit. It's a little bit limiting for my taste, so I use an ancillary reporting software. That said, even with the extra software added, it's still not as expensive as having Sprout would be.

I've been using Sendible for a few years, scheduling posts myself as well as reviewing, editing and approving posts. It's great value and easy to use.

Pros

Sendible offers gret value for money as a social media scheduling tool with an approval process built in. It's easy to use, provides efficiency and helps improve the quality of posts.

Cons

I'd like it to include social media monitoring tools so we can see any time we are mentioned and easily re-share content.

Started off extremely excited, that I had someone looking out for my best interest and I didn't need to vet 10 tools to find the best one. But then plummeted off a cliff once they had my money and I opted out of the highest tier plan.

Pros

Sales team was engaged and cared about solving my problems. They were proactive and open to collaboration to secure my business.

Cons

Post sales support was probably the worst I've ever experienced. I love me a good help article just as much as the next guy but they'd prefer doing that over spending time with me to make sure problems were solved. Don't get me started on the billing before the actual renewal day and the 0 tolerance refund policy. That they site deep legal T's and C's that they claim are obvious on the site to get you to go away, they weren't. Its sad that as a customer i need to read through a 100 page legal doc just to do business with them. Also, side note they "cater" to agencies but the management of customers is completely different than any tool you use as an agency owner.

### "Want to Love Sendible but 1 problem"

Overall I really liked Sendible and thought it was going to be the service for us. To be honest I've been through a bunch of different similar software and services and it's hard to find the "right" or "perfect" app/service. If this could be solved I would definitely give Sendible another try.

Pros

Sendible was aa very user friendly program that was checking off all the boxes I needed. If you are using the middle or higher plan then it would have been 100% fine.

Cons

I could not figure out how to preschedule more then 10 posts in advance. It may not seem like a big deal for some but I like to have the whole month set up in the first few days of the month and this restriction kept it from happening. Maybe I was doing something wrong but I struggled with it.

### "Social scheduling made easy"

I have been using Sendible since August 2016 and it’s been a big time saver. I think it’s fairly easy to use not too much of a learning curve if you have just started with them.

Pros

There are many pros with Sendible. First, I love that they are always evolving and introducing new features to the platform. It’s easy to schedule content on many platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Google my Business (yes, you should be posting there!). There’s a Canva integration which makes creating graphics much easier and efficient. Also, very easy to curate new content and add RSS feeds.

Cons

I would say their app - I am on the go a lot and to be able to post content via the app would be ideal. It’s not as intuitive as the desktop platform. Hopefully it’s in the works and it more than likely is.

The best thing about Sendible is the support. I love the interface - after wrestling with how to schedule content my clients can see! But the support is amazing. Customer service is clearly a high priority - as it is in my own business - so I love that any support emails are empathic and understanding as well as helpful. Often I receive a personalised video that shows me - in my own account - how to achieve my goals.

Pros

Easy to use, great interface, beautiful reports. It was easy to create an account and attach Facebook pages and Instagram accounts.

Cons

I did need some help getting started. It wasn't clear to me how to start scheduling and I found scheduling a bit tricky in the beginning - partly because I give all my clients the ability to view their scheduled content. This means that I had to re-schedule some of my initial posts, so that clients could see them!

I went with AgoraPulse (for a month - their interface is gorgeous and so intuitive to use!) but their reporting was a deal-breaker for me. I had to create separate reports for each platform (no combined Instagram and Facebook reports!) and then export a PowerPoint of each report to 'tailor' it for my clients. Toooo time-consuming for me! Plus they didn't have the ability to crop images when posting - another must-have!

### "Best Social Media Scheduling Software that Includes GMB & Instagram Direct Scheduling"

Sendible provides the features most important to me at a price that doesn't break my budget. I feel their support team has been responsive, and I look forward to continued improvements with this product.

Pros

Scheduling Google My Business (GMB) posts was important to me. Sendible not only has this feature, but allows the utilization of the 'button' feature when creating a post. Sendible also allows scheduling to Instagram... true scheduling, not a reminder that you then have to post from your phone.

Cons

The mobile app is glitchy. I haven't been able to edit a scheduled post from the mobile app - it crashes everytime. Support has continued to stay in touch and work on it, but no fix yet. There's a new version coming out, so perhaps it will be fixed soon. I am hopeful. Also, their concept of 'services' takes a bit to get used too... but once you figure it out, I see the advantage of arranging their pricing this way.

I looked at several social media scheduling software platforms. My biggest requirement was a platform that allowed scheduling of GMB posts (that allowed the use of the provided buttons), and a true Instagram scheduler. Sendible checked both of these boxes, plus allowed scheduling to the other sites I use like Facebook and LinkedIn.

### "Not Bad, Not The Best"

It hasn't been a bad experience, I use Sendible every day (Mon-Fri) at work. I don't think I could even do my job without this software.

Pros

I liked that for the price there were a lot of very good features and they keep implementing new ones. I also like that I can get pretty accurate reports on all of my social channels and the fact that there's no limit on how many posts I can schedule at a time.

Cons

What would make this software a million times better would be to take one post, schedule it on multiple different channels, but at different times. I put the same posts on each of our channels, but some require a certain time to post. This would make things so much easier for me to schedule.

From the time of my free trial to today, I've had a great experience. The training team gave me a great introductory kickoff meeting and kept in touch to ensure that I was able to use the tool. I even requested a follow up meeting to review some specific features and they were quick to schedule.

Pros

Sendible features everything I need out of the box as an agency owner. I can quickly and efficiently manage multiple client social media accounts without having to toggle between complicated dashboards. They offer an easy uploading template that makes advanced planning and scheduling a breeze. I particularly love the native image editor, which makes it so much easier to customize the image to the particular social channel I'm posting to.

Cons

As with most social media tools, the Instagram functionality isn't perfect, but nothing I have found is, as Instagram continues to be non-agency friendly. It is an expensive tool but the features are worth it.

Sendible is one of the best social networks on the market to get your message out there and ensure you're able send your blog/article through multiple social networking channels at the same time. If you need an great example of solid results, just check out our blog at https://www.dfwurbanrealty.com/blog and then run search for any keyword centered around blogs in the Dallas-Ft-Worth area and you'll find us at the top on 1st page for Google! I've tested and researched multiple social networking platforms similar to Sendible over the past several years and have switched back and forth and ultimately found that Sendible is always ahead of the game for technology for the most important networks including Facebook, Google Business Local, Twitter and many more....

Pros

Sendible is one of the best platforms to get your message out esp. if you're sending RSS feed out to multiple social networks.

Cons

A couple of my agents mentioned they would like some other pricing options.

I tested all of these products/services including Socialsurvey, Shoutouts, Propertysimple, MavSocial, Later, Hootsuite, Dlvr.it, Cityblast, Backatyou, Agorapulse and a couple others to determine if they would work with our vision in terms of startup pricing, strategy and goals and Sendible was the only product/service that was a match!

Ease of scheduling posts and allowing them to automatically post throughout the week is perfect!

Cons

Having to reconnect accounts. Plus, the way I have to set up the IG integration using it's business profile with FB on Sendible is NOT compatible with our automated newsletter that goes out via Outbound Engine, so now I can't use Outbound Engine to post to FB.

My overall experience with Sendible has been positive. The ease of use along with the reports feature is worth the money for me. It keeps my content organized as well as my list of clients.

Pros

I like the ease of scheduling posts to several different platforms. Being able to keep clients separate is also a plus. The reports feature has been valuable when reviewing with clients and being able to track performance. Overall, this software is worth using.

Cons

I would really like to be able to tag other organizations in posts. That is important when clients have community partners.

I use this software every single day for content scheduling and publishing. I'm going on year 2 and haven't looked back.

Pros

Sendible is easy to set up and use for most people who would consider themselves Social Media Managers. Once you have your profiles set, it's just a matter of adding your content and selecting which days you want to schedule out for.

Cons

It's hard to say what I least like about Sendible because I never have had any issues unless they're API related.

There is a workaround we have right now for tagging accounts in captions on Instagram, and you should be able to tag other businesses on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. A TikTok integration is something many customers are eager to have on Sendible, so it's something the team is working towards as we speak. However, we can't give any definite information. Once we do, you'll hear all about it!

Very easy to use, posts to all the social networks that we require. Social monitoring and inbox reply is very useful and seamless. Has been a key part of the toolkit for several years now.

Cons

Can become costly to manage multiple google my business locations and social media monitoring for multiple keywords can become less affordable.

Was a subscriber to Fanbooster, which I really liked, but Fanbooster shuttered and redirected to Sendible. Functionality of Sendible for monitoring is less than what Fanbooster offered.

Pros

It is a good platform for social media management. Easy to create content for multiple platforms and schedule. Reports are customizable and comprehensive.

Cons

Monitoring only covers Twitter for social media.

### "Sendible is a Timesaver"

Pros

I love the reporting features they offer. Not only can we post content to our clients Facebook, Twitter, G+, and Instagram accounts, but we can offer in-depth reports on how well their social media pages are performing. I like that our clients can actually see what an impact we are having on their social media presence.

Cons

Only 1 user at a time can be logged in to our main account, which makes for some issues when multiple people need to work on something at the same time. The customer support team was very helpful with creating a work-around for us, but it still isn't as efficient as I would like it to be.

### "Very Easy and Inexpensive"

Overall experience is amazing with Sendible. Have has no issues with them at all. Very pleased

Pros

Before coming into my position we did not have a Social Media Scheduler. We purchased Sendible from the gecko and have not once regretted our decision. We haven't ran into a single issue with the third-party and look forward to retaining our relationship with them!

Cons

The analytics can somewhat be confusing/misleading. I never really use their analysis that the pertain from our post. I usually use the original source which is Facebook Business Manager since the data is more updated and accurate.

### "Sendible: Organization & Accountability for Social Media Work"

We switched from SproutSocial to Sendible when our online team became large enough that we needed to be able to easily centralize not just content but responses. Sendible creates accountability for social media content and responses that has been really instrumental in allowing us to become more responsive.

Pros

Allows you to easily plan content across multiple social media platforms, and creates a system of accountability and signoff/approvals for posts before they are scheduled. It also allows for feedback and resubmission if there are problems with a piece of content, and creates a centralized way to see, assign, and respond to incoming contacts/messages from social media.

Cons

The learning process is a little slower than some of its competitors, but it has a lot more functionality than most of them.

### "Great social media automation tool"

It is a great product for increasing effectiveness and team control, reporting and understanding business processes.

Pros

I like, that it was easy to use and manage the team. It's easy to navigate and share the posts.

Cons

I don't like the reconnections, especially when you need to do that on non-working days.) Also, the application lacks stability, I had many issues when I used app for posting, and it just stuck.
