Pros

The platform is intuitive and reliable, with a clean interface that makes document management and collaboration straightforward. Uploading, organising, and sharing files is efficient, and the permission controls give strong confidence around security and access management. Overall performance has been consistent and supports smooth deal execution.

Cons

Some advanced features could be more intuitive, and there is a slight learning curve for new users. Occasional minor UI enhancements or clearer in‑platform guidance would further improve the overall user experience.

Pretty good - apart from the massive frustration of not being able to upload Rights Protected documents - issued by the Data Room owner!

Pros

Relatively simple to use with some caveats - particularly in relation to the management of Rights Protected documents

Cons

Ansarada must provide a workshop or instructions for anyone setting up a tender or data room to understand that Rights-Protected documents cannot be uploaded by those submitting to the data room. This issue has persisted for over three years among Ansarada users.

The team set up a golf networking event for several of their customers. It was a great day and it was obvious the team put a lot of work into it to ensure everyone had a fun time. They went the extra mile to show that they care about their customer.

Nothing, the team was great. I'll be at their next event.

Pros

Ansarada allows for the easy creation of virtual data rooms, featuring a user-friendly interface and great customer support.

Cons

Functionality when accessing documents which have been uploaded to a virtual data room. It would be helpful to have an easy click through feature for documents instead of having to launch them in a new tab on your browser or downloading them.

Largely pretty satisfied Ansarada.

Pros

The ease of use, it is very intuitive. Most of VDR users in Australia have used Ansarada, and hence it is easy to deal with counterparties due to the familiarity

Cons

I think redacting function could be more user friendly. A user can still access and keep the files downloaded although they are no longer in the data room. There should be a security function that controls this

Pros

Ease of use. For someone who spends a lot of time in datarooms, ease of use is critical from a user perspective. Ansarada is intuitive and the customer service team is always very quick to respond.

Cons

The challenge with datarooms is getting buy-in from management teams. I appreciate that Ansarada has decent functionality to do Q&A through email, but it is tough to pull clients away from spreadsheets and sending Q&A in the body of emails, rather than through the platform itself. Anything Ansarada could do to help with the education process would be great.

Prior use on other transactions and a good experience.
