Chief Financial Officer Import and Export Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Not so easy" November 23, 2020 4.0 We have made it to signing an offer so I presume the seller side was able to work with our dataroom better than I could Pros Uploading information was relatively easy although I did sometimes find it difficult to save it in the desired location Cons I didn't find the software intuitive. I had real difficulty in navigating around and most often found myself having to return to the home screen and then scroll again through all the questions to find the one i wanted to work on. Often the questioner wanted to change the priority after posting the question & I had trouble matching these. I couldn't get my file structure to work so I always had to navigate from the home base rather than where I had just been I presume a lot of the issues emanated from me being a novice user however I did find it very easy to navigate around the seller's Datasite Reason for choosing Ansarada We used a few years ago and so it was thought we could upload a lot of information from the archive however this was false dawn. Setting up, administering and using an VDR is painless and if you do get stuck, amazing customer support is just a click away. Excellent customer service and friendly team in Sydney Cons A couple hurdles initially with needing Adobe, however would be fine if users had this already installed. NO RM followed up till we try to increase our plan. No flexibility to change to the new plan immediately. Also the request with the service department was not followed up. Pros Options to limit the print, save, watermark and put an expiry date to the document is helpful as we like to segregate our investors into different categories. Cons There is no search function to find if a particular email has been invited or logged on as guests till we try to the invitation. When loading files, a few steps needed before we can load into the selected folder. Not straight forward.
