The user-friendly features and the easy navigation of the data rooms are what I like best about iDeals. I love how customizable the permissions are and how the rooms are organized.
The ability to send requests and Q&A through the structure is of great importance and again a criteria well met by iDeals followed through by the software sending emails to the recipients.

No contras or any problems. The pricing could be more flexible.
Overall I can’t really think of anything. At times it did seem that some PDF docs took a while load but that could be a problem with my computer vs. the software.
No capche code while login may gives false impression.
Also, the inhearitance of permisions between folders, subdirectories and files felt inconsistent and generated some trouble to the deal.

"All VDR you need"
Pros: Compared to our look the former VDR it's very user friendly, easy to set up and has all the features needed.
Cons: For our needs I miss nothing. Maybe the automated index could be improved.

Overall: Very good - would definitely use again for future projects
Pros: Excellent user interface, but best thing was the support desk, always quick to answer and efficient

Overall: Data room seems good once you're in. But if you actually want users to be able to get in easily, you'd be best looking elsewhere. Spam blocking has made this almost impossible for users to receive invitations. Then they are instructed to "and @ideals and Ip address" to whitelist ... so then you need to get your corporate IT department involved and ask everyone you invite to do the same; so in this case, not really "ideal"s.
Pros: like the features once in
Cons: can't get users into the room easily. 100% of the users I've invited have spent lots of time trying to figure out how to get in, even AFTER searching spam to find the link.

Pros: No direct communications communication with bidders, since all communications are managed through the iDeals platform
Cons: Not being able to remain signed in and having to log in everytime

Overall: These last years it has always been smooth and easy, and support is attentive when needed and proactive for ongoing follow-up. I note the recent makeover and look to the platform didn't take long to adust to, and thought it was well planned and laid out,
Pros: Intuitive and easy to use, and it is very flexible in terms of sharing information with different groups of people looking at, sometimes, different sections / subsections of the same project(s).
Cons: Would always like to see more data limit capacity at better pricing as storage costs continue to fall. In our world of large size images and vides, and other high resolution files, larger files can quickly chew up space inside a data room, depending on one's industry.
