Also I would really like to appreciate the co-ordinator from Ideals Solution- \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], he has been really proactive and helpful and has always given as the best comparitive quotation. Also there were times when I had given him very short timeline to arrange for data room access and he has never disappointed us on that. And really the reporting abilities that you can export to know who is actually logging in and using the site is a great resource. Pros Once I realized the depth of reports I could run on usage/uploads/downloads etc. I found that quite compelling and am glad we are using this product rather than an internal drive with a secure link. Cons It can be a bit "clunky" at times - particularly if you are replacing items in a folder and you use a very specific naming prefix. Might be great to allow the Admin to select whether or not to use the default numbering system as part of the file name (we had already done so internally and therefore had to remove upon uploading). The ability to send requests and Q&A through the structure is of great importance and again a criteria well met by iDeals followed through by the software sending emails to the recipients. Very happy with the platform, just need to work on the clone capability. Pros The security aspects are superior to the competition. I like the ability to control the content sharing of this application, notification and reporting of my various data rooms. Cons The ability to clone or copy a data room and rename isn't up to speed with conventional applications of this kind. I pray that a change to this ability is on the horizon for iDeals to make it easier to clone data rooms and rename it to reuse instead of spending exhausting time to rebuild each time. In the desktop version, I liked that you could just drag files into the platform interface to upload them. 2. I also liked that a specific code and index was assigned to each file, thus facilitating the search of documents. Cons 1\. When I drag various files from mi computer into the VDR, I could like to preserve the order in which these files are sorter. However, the files are uploaded in a totally random order. 2. It would be nice to be able to open a document or file directly in the VDR, without needing to download it into my desktop and then open the file. 3. There could be a separation line to distinguish between the code/index assigned to each file and the file name. If one of my uploaded documents is named with numbers (such as a date for example), it can get confusing when it is also preceded by the numeric code/index of the file. Review Source PM Priya M.
