Pros Everything is quite simple and easy to use in the data rooms. The user experience does not invoke any frustration or headaches and makes our different projects that much more streamlined to manage. Cons The reporting section took a bit getting used to to be able to see what I wanted to see of the data. Its very easy to navigate within the VDR and most importantly easy to uploaded download. One can view the newly uploaded data by time, days, last opened etc. which is very helpful. We shall definitely come back for the future projects. Pros iDeals platform served us very well. What we enjoyed the most was a simple drag and drop of the entire document structure prepared in advance on our PC into the data room. We didn't have to do the double work of replicating the folders and then placing all the numerous files into their right place. Ability to rapidly move from document to document. The blackout screen is nice as well in the even that you are looking at salary or Health information and you don’t want others to view it. Could happen the last file on the other end of the root, will have in the name more than 156 characters. This makes collusion with windows and many other systems.
