Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room Reviews
Pros
Overall, my experience with Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room has been positive. The platform's robust security measures instilled confidence in the protection of sensitive information.
Intuitive and ease of use: ability to "View As" a group is game-changing, and gives you peace of mind in ensuring that permissions are accurate and important sensitive data is shared correctly.
The diligence feature helps keep everything in one place for Q&A to stay easily organized, track outstanding items and coordinate across a large team. The features are easy to use and intuitive.
Very secure, easy to use, and multifunctional. Good support for any issues that may arise through the process.
Cons
The worst parts are the bugs using datasite outreach.
There could have been more warning before closing data rooms, but archive features should enable access if needed.
Sometimes hard to understand where I might switch on/off different features.
A major critical feature that is missing is unique identifier (ID number) for documentation. The reference for documents change if you change the order, which is a massive cons.
