Pros

1\. Intuitive and ease of use: ability to "View As" a group is game-changing, and gives you peace of mind in ensuring that permissions are accurate and important sensitive data is shared correctly 2. Customer support: Very dedicated team

Cons

All the below items are minor and do not change my preference for Datasite VDR 1. Speed of bulk uploads: can be a bit faster

Pros

The ease of use. It is simple to set up and manage which is critical when managing a sale of a business.

Cons

That excel spreadsheets cannot be redacted.

It is fairly easy to navigate and there isn't 'too much' going on. This makes the VDR feel clean and simply makes it easier for me as the administrator to arrange everything.

Cons

Permission management can be a bit difficult to navigate, especially in terms of setting up numerous groups (in order to issues different levels of security).

Overall, very easy to use, great way to send data securely whilst maintaining protection. Ideal for administrators to send information and documentation to external clients.

Pros

This product is easy to use and a great way for sending sensitive information and data online in an encrypted manner. documents are easy to find and the bulk upload option makes things efficient for adding multiple documents in one go. It is also handy receiving email notifications when something has been uploaded to the site.

Cons

When a document has been uploaded, it takes a while to appear on the send data list. It would be nice to see the speed increase for appearing on the site.

Good, would generally recommend as a good site for M&A deal due diligence.

Pros

Generally user friendly, good range of functions and AI redaction tool is very helpful, sandbox folder is helpful when learning how to navigate data room and preparing folders before publication.

Cons

Setting permissions for groups of users was not as easy to vary as some other data room sites used. Expensive in comparison to some other similar platforms.

More sophisticated than some other platforms which was necessary for the nature of the deal.
