Pros: The easy of use and customization, tailored to our global companies needs. It's accessible anywhere 24/7. The customer service and support.

Cons: Some of the reports are not exportable to csv and when they are, they require a lot of manipulation.

Overall: We have been customers since 2009 or 2010 and have watch the system continue to evolve. Prompt Pay has made a very manual process, automated and easy to use. It allowed us to put controls in place to manage our multiple bonus plans globally. Gillian and her team give world class customer service which you can not get from any other provider. The Prompt Pay team really understands your business/compensation needs no matter how difficult and can change with your changes.

Recommendations to other buyers: Prompt Pay allows you to change with the business needs versus trying to work your business needs around a system.

We are very pleased with PromptPayPlanner!

Pros: The configurability is what attracted me to the tool and the value compared to other tools that we looked at is exponentially higher.

Cons: You really have to know your data and processes to be able to configure the tool. It's not an off the shelf system built based on best practices, but that's why it works for us!

Overall: The team was extremely helpful and the tool is extremely flexible which suits the complexities in our structure and processes.

Recommendations to other buyers: I definitely recommend Prompt Pay Planner to support your Total Rewards processes. This is a tool that does what you need it and tell it to!

Comments: Love working with Gillian and the Prompt Pay Planner team. They understand our ever-changing business requirements, help suggest features, and provide outstanding customer service. For the end user, the product is very similar to Excel and easy to use. And being able to export the data means I can easily import it into our HRIS platform. I can't say enough good about this product and this group of people.

We have used the software for 2 yrs. Most of the users find it easy to use and use it year round

Comments: The people I work with at Prompt are great. They are always very responsive and seem to do everything they can to meet our needs. Even when they can't they are always open to thinking about it as a future enhancement or coming up with a workaround to meet our needs. It is not unusual for me to have a last minute request outside of requirements and they always do what they can to meet my need. We use both salary and performance planning , some of the administrator functionality in salary planning isn't available in Performance, but again we are in discussion about those changes and have confidence they will create solutions to meet our needs
