EZNet Scheduler makes it so easy for everyone in our company to know exactly what is going on, no matter where we are at (work, home, anywhere!) without complicated emails or notifications. We have loved it ever since we started using it, and several upgrades have made it even better. We have multiple recording booths at our studio, and our schedule changes constantly throughout the day. EZNet makes it so simple for any employee to make changes to the schedule and put all notes and necessary information, including billing information, about each session into the schedule.

Pros

EZNet Scheduler lets you organize calendar functions like a good old handwritten calendar. So many options for how to set it up and also for categorizing appointments. Our company tried other scheduling software, but always went back to a paper schedule book because they didn't allow for making notes or easy changes to appointments. We have many different kinds of appointments in our business, and the color coding makes it so easy. And the ability to input many different types of information about the appointments is outstanding (all client info, notes about the appointment, etc.). The "appointment status" options, which are completely customizable, are excellent, too.

Cons

The program is great on laptop/desktop, but making changes on a phone is a bit tricky, at least with the configuration my company uses. It is also too easy to accidentally move an appointment by mistake when using the phone version. My only other complaint is the drop down "support" menu, which is directly above the "Today" button, which I need to click many times a day....the support menu will drop down and cover up the "today" button as you scroll over that part of the screen. Other than that, it's pretty much perfect!

This is a reliable program that is reasonably priced and works very well for offices with remote workers as well as on site.

Pros

Having a cloud based, reliable software is imperative for our office; this program fits the bill.

Cons

Reminder and notifications are more cumbersome to set up than we would like, it would be good to have the ability to set up multiple clients at one time for those.

It's fairly simple to use. It's really not great, but it's better than nothing. It's a shame we have devoted so much time to this particular software, I would love to see it upgrade itself and transform into a "can't live without" program.

Pros

I love the use of notes when booking appointments. The drop-down menu for tagging multiple people is also a plus.

Cons

It's 2022 and this software doesn't have an app. It is hard to use on a cellphone browser. In Today's world, a company needs to be flexible. This software does not fit into that category. Frankly, it's been too long for it to NOT have an app, and seems like there could be better alternatives.

This is so much better than our old system of scheduling in a handwritten calendar. There are probably many more uses to the EZnet Scheduler than I have been able to utilize.

Pros

The program is easy to use for the most part.

Cons

It doesn't seem compatible with multiple appointment schedules. For example: we have 5 accountants, and each one utilizes has different time slots for appointments during tax season. This year we had your programmers set them up, but it still was not perfect. It would be nice if you had search filters (like you could go to the next available time slot rather than look at each day for the next available slot). Could there be a way to leave a slot available one scheduled when a client calls and wants to move the date they want to schedule rather than clearing out the appointment slot entirely?

Jan thanks so much for your review. You can look for next available slot either through internal calendar searching by day or to see more openings by week or month. Or, your customers can click on type of appointment and view available appointments in external calendar. Or, open a second browser window and view the Scheduler side by side if you want to look for next appointment while keeping the existing appointment open. Alternately, we offer custom programming and would be happy to discuss this with you. To address your second question, there are two ways to have multiple appointments per time slot. First, you can change the assignment count in Station/Employee management option under Company Account. Select the edit wrench, then change the value in Assignment Count field to 2 or however many appointments you wish to have available per time slot. Or force save directly from an appointment. Please call our customer support team for additional details at 888.959.7475.

Enhanced Text Messaging is two-way text messaging which automatically updates the appointment status in the Scheduler. To override the blocked time, click on any open time slot, edit the appointment with the start time, date, and end time and date (on the top left). Ability to view, track, and manipulate schedule online has been a huge help to our customers. It is also extremely helpful having the ability to quickly and easily update appointment statuses as they happen.

Pros

\-Appointment Status drop-down selection -Appointment email reminders are extremely helpful -Screen navigation and view manipulation -Helpful export feature -Ability to select multiple instructors for a single appointment. Makes meetings schedules much easier.

Cons

\-Buggy and easy to break. Once broke down the entire server because I accidentally put an end time to occur before the start time. Shut the whole site down. -Can't run any usable reports, such as amounts of time spent by different instructors for specified date range and appointment status. Currently must be counted manually. -Frequent loss of appointments. Disappears for no apparent reasons. Will be scheduled, shows on screen, then few days later or so, customer shows up with hand written appointment card. No appointment on schedule. -Updating customer info has no affect on any existing appointments scheduled for customer. Must update the client in the database, then go and find every occurring scheduled appointment for said customer and update manually. Previous software updated all appointment occurrences with one update.

You can in an individual appointment simply by editing the time right in the appointment. The second way is to drag or push up the bottom of the appointment cell with your mouse in the calendar view. I don’t like that this isn’t an App. Sometimes I think it’d be easier if it were. I access my Schedule from my phone a lot and it’s not always convenient.

I liked it and maybe we'll consider using it again next tax season.

Pros

I liked the ease at which we could see appointments and input information about each client we scheduled. I also liked that clients were able to get notification and confirmations from us.

Cons

I don't know if this is a software issue or if it was a setting that the parent organization had implemented, but we weren't able to change appointment times or length when we did use it. We also could not customize the notification emails, again likely because it was up the parent organization to make it one-size-fits-all.

EZnet Scheduler is a fantastic tool. It keeps all my appointments with needed contact data in one area. I love the ability to text or email patients from the Scheduler it cuts out one step in my day.

Cons

I don't like the ability to do a series of appointments. If the product changes you have to change it each appointment. It should have the ability to carry over the product change.

Being able to reschedule by email with customers. The price is very good for number of reminder we need to send out per customer.

Pros

The software is simple to use. I like the email response option for customers to cancel or rescheduled appointment if needed. That feature really cuts down the time when needing to reschedule that appointment and simple to complete by email. It is easy to take a provider off the schedule when needed with minimal time doing so. It is very easy to adjust the schedule as needed as well.

Cons

I wish the text reminders would send out the first name for appts or initial of first name with last name. We have several children in one family and they usually have to call and see which child is to be seen. That would be my only feedback on how to improve features.

The layout of EZnet is very easy to identify the appointment type and status. It is easy to train new staff on and they feel comfortable using it very quickly.

Pros

\-Easy to use -Reoccurring appointment types/times -Running reports to find a scheduled appointment -Preview of appointment type and notes when holding cursor over appointment

Cons

\-Has a lot of errors -Appointments do not always save -Notes for appointments do not always save -Crashes in the middle of scheduling and erases all info for the appointment being scheduled

Pros

This software is multi-user friendly. Since we have at least three people making appointments at a time, the real time updates are essential.

Cons

My only wish is that multiple emails can be used to send appointment confirmations. Many of our clients ask for that.

I can look at a daily or a weekly view to see where our estimators are going and eliminate or greatly reduce backtracking out in the field. This saves us time and fuel.

I would like to see an auto-save feature. If I forget to manually save, I can lose an appointment.

Every now and then a patient doesn't get their reminder, but otherwise it saves many missed appointments per day.

Pros

Patients love getting the text and/or email reminders, some patients rely on this feature. I like being able to check my schedule from any computer.

I feel a iPhone app would be very useful.

Ability to support a multiplicity of stations, ability for people to use it WITHOUT an account, ability to flag fields that are required/not required, map associated with each station, ability to embed HTML in another web site, pricing.

Cons

Requirement that time slots across stations share 'starting point' with office hours - makes it complicated when scheduling station using different task durations at different start times. Customer support not always responsive to support requests (sometimes get addressed right away, other times they seem ignored, so I just ask again until it 'takes'.)

Pros

Ease of use and support makes this product a great product for the money. Being able to schedule a service quickly is very important.

Cons

Lacks some reports we would like to have. Other than this, we feel the reporting to be sufficient for the product. We use it daily and that is all that we feel needs any improvement.
