### "BEST SCHEDULING SOFTWARE ON THE MARKET!!!"

EZNet always works. Their customer service is out of this world. Their scheduler is massively robust. You can make it do anything you can think up. I have been with them for over 11 years and I have never had a bad experience. I wish every software provider could measure up to their standards.

EZnet Scheduler is the easiest vendor I have ever worked with.

Not a thing. I love the software and their customer service!

Pros

This product is easy to sign in. It is simple to navigate and adding new clients is a breeze. Very user friendly

Cons

I like that my sign in details are saved which saves time signing in. Once signed in it is easy to use and navigate

### "Scheduling software that fit our use case, but not like a glove. "

We have used EZnet Scheduler for several years now with satisfactory results. Everyone on staff has asked for an app for their phone though. Unsure why this hasn't been created yet.

Pros

This software was easily adaptable to our type of business and allowed the flexibility to change parameters to meet our specific resource types. It was relatively easy to customize and we were able to get started fairly quickly. Sends Text and/or email notifications to both the technician, and if needed, the customer.

Cons

No mobile app. You navigate to the site via a mobile browser and it is difficult to see and manipulate the various appointments created. If you have the credentials to change the schedule, you can accidentally move the appointments around without any confirmation request.

### "Service industry easy easy easy"

Pros

Simple to learn and set up. Not overly pricey. We won’t from a Manuel scheduling board to this and it was a seem less transition.

Cons

The only thing that it is missing is the ability to scan in a previous work order to be able to reference the last job while scheduling a customer.

We are in the process of rolling out some new features including Enhanced Text Messaging where customer's responses are integrated directly into the calendar updating the appointment status in real time. We're also introducing a Kanban feature called IntelliVu digital job board, a Kanban view that allows you to track the appointment status to improve workflow. Right now you can add a photo or document through Company Accounts, Manage Customer Records. Find the specific customer, click the wrench. Click the Photos/Documents tab. Then select Browse, find the desired file, select Upload.Then, click save. We are also in the process of introducing a new interface and in that release, we will be adding additional capabilities with adding photos/documents. ### "User friendly and effective scheduler "

We use it for getting a birds eye view of all of our locations and each nights classes. It allows a Snapshot so we can see open times at the studio and differentiate between recurring in-house classes and outside rental bookings.

Pros

It’s easy to color code and customize your classes or bookings. It allows recurring appointments as well as alerts you when there’s a double booking. Easy to use and super effective.

Cons

I wish I could easily print the days bookings just like it looked on my screen. I also wish LOGIN was directly on the home screen and that as soon as you logged in on the mobile device that it loaded the FULL calendar view.

### "Good but lacking important features "

I like that it’s fairly easy to use and easy to navigate.

Cons

I wish there it wouldn’t tell you WHO scheduled an appointment as well as a time stamp with the date and time that user scheduled the appointment. It also is not very mobile friendly

Then, you'll see who created the appointment and the creation date as well as modification information to the appointment. You are able to select which fields to display on this report in the "Display basic fields" drop-down menu from "Display Options" section in the middle of the window. ### "It's called Ez for a reason!"

I would say for the simplicity of the product it lives up to what we need. There a are a few tweaks we need specifically for our business but I am happy with the product.

Pros

When trying to find a simple system to input jobs to see which tech has what job, to see how full or lacking in appointments we were. We found EzNet's price and flexibility to be head and shoulders above the rest.

Cons

When viewing out to see the month calendar you cannot read the screen. It is difficult to see how the full month looks. Week to Week is decent but the monthly is unreadable.

### "Just like its name suggests!"

Overall, no complaints! It works well for us and we like how easy appointment scheduling is!

Pros

EZnet Scheduler was great for our office when the pandemic shifted so many things remote--it's easy to use, reasonably priced, and good for the full appointment process. I think the practicality of it for both in-office and remote environments is the biggest plus.

Cons

More than once there have been login issues. If you forget a password, that can create a whole world of complications (customer service helps when they can of course). It does time out quickly too.

### "Incorporates everything needed"

Fantastic. I find it easy to use and my staff can check their schedule on their phone which is very convenient. Whenever I have had a problem, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]has always been there to assist and be helpful.

Pros

I have used eznetscheduler since 2012 and I find it easy to create appointments, set them to recurring, easy to drag and move them by 1/2 hour slots and across employees. I like how I can see all my staff in a day, week, and monthly view.

Cons

When I drag appointments, they many times do not drag properly and it ends up being easier to open the appointment to manually change the times or employee than to easily drag it. It isn't as mobile friendly as I would like.

Reason for choosing EZnet Scheduler

Has the aspects that I wanted (though I did want the appointments to be color coded not necessarily the employees color coded). Plus it is a local Palm Beach business :)

### "works ok, lots of bus"

overall, it works, and it's free.

Pros

it is free and is HCFA certified for healthcare use

Cons

Has lots of silly little bugs ie if you schedule a patient for a series of multiple visits, say every friday at 9:30am for 12 appointments, it goes ahead and schdules every single friday at 9:30am- even though the office may have previously blocked out certain fridays as being closed or even though some of those days may be hollidays and therfore be closed. The software doesn't warn you that the patient can't be seen on those days, since the office is closed or the doctor is out on that specific date. It should give you a heads up and let you decide if that appoitnment should still be added anyway.

good for the first time using it

it offered a central location for information and booking appointments

Cons

trying to find a location was difficult. the drop down menus would not bring up the location or sub-location i was looking for and it appeared that there were 1-3 different ways to navigate to the location of choice, but it always took 3-4 tries to get to the location i was looking for....and i couldn't search the platform to find appointments by name of customer, so everything had to be done by manually looking for a name..and the fields where you could view a clients information were sometimes invisible until you fixed the view to make the boxes appear big enough to read

EZnet Scheduler is invaluable to our practice. It servers as our clients scheduler both in-house and online. It is also a work flow management. This is the one piece of software that our company could not function without.

Easy to use, great visual presentation of the schedule

Can not select specific services independent of each practitioner for the external calendar.

### "Works, but lot's of "gottchas'"

It is workable. It is not user friendly, in my opinion. I have contacted customer support and not had good luck with getting answers that are helpful and usable. I end up needing to ask others where I work if they understand how EZNet is "thinking." I cannot answer the next question since I am not the owner. However, I do not remember a scheduling system before we had EZNet.

Pros

It works. I am a user only, yet can see the benefit of having the shared scheduling software for our type of mental health practice (relatively large practice).

Cons

What I like least are the surprises that make me have to redo things. Example: if I take a client off of my schedule one month from now, it goes retroactive and has removed the client for all open appointments such as one that might be tomorrow.

### "Calendar is the best feature"

I like the calendar feature.

Pros

I am the office manager and payroll manager for our small company so the calendar feature to see everyone's schedule is the best feature. I like that I can see all of my co-workers schedules on 1 page.

Cons

The reminders are limited for tasks, the text appointment reminders do not work for us and the client database is a bit hard to manage.

### "EZ Scheduler Review"

Primarily positive. As the administrator and primary user that sets the blocks and exceptions up, it's sometimes time consuming to put them in and get them in correct in one session.

Pros

It is easy to move the appointments around and being able to limit access for certain users to read only or they aren't allowed to override scheduling parameters

Cons

I find that with our part time employee it is difficult to change her availability around of appointments. If she's off several random days a month I have to individually put in the exceptions and frequently I have to re-do them until I get it just right. I feel like that part could use some major improvement, also having the calendar show the changes without having to exit view the calendar and then go back to edit if it's not correct.

Pros

I like the web based nature of the software, that it can be updated from anywhere

Cons

I have asked for this system to be able to send email or sms messages when status changes occur so that everyone involved in the projects and scheduling on our team can be made aware without multiple steps. I was told this was possible, but it never occurred and I have been disappointed with the lack of follow-through. No responses to my latest service request. I am automatically billed for the service regardless of how happy I am with its performance, so they have that part figured out.

### "Great scheduling software, great customer service"

We have multiple clinics on a daily basis so having the scheduling calendar with an ability to view in multiple ways is extremely helpful for our business.

Pros

I like that you can view the schedule in multiple ways (like by day, week, month). I also love the customer service I have received when I have had to call in, they are always friendly, polite and very helpful.

Cons

I do not like having to force save appointments--I am not sure why this happens and it is only one extra click, but I wish I wouldn't have to do this at times.

I like how the program is easy to use and dependable once it is set up.

Cons

I wish it was easier to set up new appointments. Oftentimes the appointment doesn't save on the first attempt, or saves multiple times. It can be difficult to move appointments around or change them in other ways.
