Cons On occasion there seems to be a glitch in sending an email to the customer, but I know recent upgrades to the system seem to have things on track again. Service Admin Education Management Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Keeping the Power On" March 2, 2020 3.0 We only open up a single month at a time for customer access which we leave open for only 1 week. Set up/take down is quite easy, although a quick option to work around a holiday would be a super nice addition. Email reminder to customer is nice so long as they haven't "altered" their appointment after the fact as the reminder goes out regardless based on the originally scheduled on line booking. Pros Able to offer our Premium customers the opportunity to get "1st pick" of appointments from home Cons Program isn't in real time and allows for multiple bookings at same time as its is not integrated with our own program for scheduling. This forces appointment changes. If we do not make the manual change within EZnet, they get a reminder alert on the original appointment which causes confusion. Its a messy process. Reason for choosing EZnet Scheduler We wanted to be the 1st in the industry to offer on line scheduling to our customers. Also the number of custom fields is great Cons you can't link bookings happening on different dates, so booking multiple dates for the same person (and finding all their bookings) is difficult. Also the ability to book events/classes with ease and less time consuming but with more efficiency. Pros Easy to navigate. Click and drag feature. Colour coding. Recurrence of events. User database. Report options. Cons Not having the ability to do external bookings choosing first the day and time for users who do not have access to the calendar. Also we have records and acknowledgements of appointments. Pros Easy to use. Great technical support. Easily customized to my personal use. Have received a lot of positive response from clients. Cons The only con I would have it that the notifications do not automatically go to the receivers outlook calendar. Hoping this will be included soon.
