Pros: It is a simple to use and is a cost effective and efficient single source solution. Integrations were not needed

Cons: The implementation process is very fast paced. The sheer amount of information needed in a short period of time was difficult. They are very strict on their deadlines.

Comments: Avoid

Pros: report writing is good. Fairly easy online interface. They are very nice before implementation and express confidence before things get going. I think the employees are good, but the management systems at Paycom do not allow the people to really take care of the customers.

Cons: Sold us things which do not work For us, the system did not work well. We pay commissions but in Paycom the sales numbers count as hours. So we had inaccurate hours for empployees Major problems with ACA data not updating as it should. They did not take accountability for setting up the W2s correctly.

Pros: The Talent acquisition takes care of the hiring headache to feel up vacant positions for my clients.

Cons: The talent management solution is not easily self explanatory, its hard to know exactly what you can get from it.

Paycom has been a great partner for our payroll as well benefits open enrollment and HRIS.

Pros: Great payroll system. We have employees in about 15 states, and it handles our needs really easily. It has also been a decent HRIS for us. Also, we have always enjoyed working with the people at Paycom. They are knowledgable and super friendly.

Cons: The HRIS and benefits open enrollment management is good, but not quite as intuitive as I'd otherwise hoped.

Overall: We've used a number of the other payroll software and found this is our favorite for a company of ~100 people.

Pros: I like the single system approach where I can access all features with a single log-in. The ability to access the simple platform via remote app really enhances the experience.

Cons: Company should continue to look for ways to enhance the speed of the app. Any additional functionality that can be added in terms of accessing supervisory functions would also be a welcomed addition.

Pros: Mobile friendly: the ability to conduct administrative tasks on mobile browsers can be liberating. Very comprehensive features: from hire, onboarding, benefits to talent rentention.

Cons: Bad experience with implementation: too rushed and inexperienced transition team, still finding issues and problems after a couple of months after the migration. Slow response from sales team to get issues resolved. Interface was clunky but just got refreshed. Limited APIs with other cloud applications.

Comments: very broken - to process one transaction you may have to go thru multiple places to complete that task. basic payroll feature of arrears calculation is not available.

Pros: its a user friendly system but there are same flaws on data processing flow and navigation to complete transactions.

Cons: upgrades have caused problems instead of fixes on payroll and benefit side impacting employees checks.

Comments: This is an ADP 'inspired' system. So it's like ADP but not as good.

Pros: Once you get all of your ATS templates created and loaded (and as long as you don't make any changes) posting openings is very easy

Cons: Very little. it's cumbersome and clunky. Information must be entered in multiple (duplicate) pages and fields to keep the system accurate. Customer service/Implementation is as bad as I have ever witnessed.

Pros: Easy way for employees to access their payroll, benefits, and year-end tax information. The desktop interface and mobile application are both very user-friendly as well. I like having the ability to access paystubs and the option to download into PDF.

Cons: The user interface frequently changes, making it somewhat confusing to navigate at times. Also, there is limited options for online benefits administration/enrollment.

Pros: Much easier to request time-off online rather than through email. It has been much easier to keep track of pay stubs.

Cons: Cannot request time-off on blackout days. Must change password every couple of months. I understand frequent password changes are for security purposes but it makes it difficult to remember new passwords every few months.

Pros: Paycom is sooo much better than what we had before. It's night and day difference from our old provider. The ability to customize the fields and criteria that we need for our payroll and recruiting is incredible. Their customer service is top notch. There's nothing they aren't willing to do for their customers. I'm blown away!

Oh, it's really easy for your employees to log in to their Self-Service platform. There they can do a number of things such as: update tax information, print paystubs, update personal information, etc.

Cons: Absolutely nothing! I can't say anything bad about Paycom. They have exceed my expectations. We still get compliments and rave reviews from our employees when they log in. Great product all around.

Pros: I really enjoyed working in this system. It was very intuitive and you were able to do most things without the assistance of customer service. The great thing was that when you did need customer service though you had a dedicated rep who really knew your account

Cons: The only con I ever experience was with tracking PTO. It wasn't with just general tracking but it was always a big headache with roll over hours. The customer service team was ready to help in anyway possible though.

Pros: It seems to store a lot of data/reports/etc., but the site is not the best. I was a user, not an admin.

Cons: Not overly user friendly and easy to access everything that you need. My accounting team did not seem impressed either.

Pros: This is one of the easiest programs that I have come across for payroll management as well as other features such as monthly reviews

Cons: Sometimes it does not read your login and I find we have to reset them quite often even though we are typing in accurate information.

Comments: In general I have found the staff does not know their product or their customer. If you need anything customized, their system can't handle it. Also, any suggestions for product improvement go into a mysterious queue and are never acted upon. I would recommend any system BESIDES Paycom

Pros: None. This was absolutely the worst business decision we have ever made. We purchased this product with the hopes of having an all-in-one solution to our HR and Payroll needs. Instead what we have is a product that does not do what it was sold to do.

Cons: This product does not work as advertised. Everything is a workaround, rather than working the way it was promised to when we were being sold the product. On top of that, the billing is completely unclear and despite that fact that we were told "we don't nickel and dime you," we are being nickel and dimed at every turn. The costs are much higher than anticipated and the product is subpar. They also have some clear compliance issues that therefore are making us as a company worry about our compliance with state rules and regulations.

Pros: Paycom is user-friendly. Technical support is fast and efficient! I've never been on hold with the company very long. When we did the setup they were very helpful and explained things in depth. Anytime I need any help processing or changing something they are always easy to get a hold of!

Cons: There's nothing I really don't like about Paycom. You can change passwords access payroll make any employee changes very easily.

Overall: Paycom will use for daily clock-in clock-out. It keeps track of our vacation time. Did you make any changes on there in regards to taxes and payroll.

Pros: Easy to use. Can see all your taxes, income, time off request, etc. Everything you need is right there as soon as you are logged in.

Cons: I have very little con. Only thing is when you request time off, wish the program send an email to your manager for approval and sent you a message saying time off approved.

Pros: I liked that I could access it remotely and that it allowed me to update my w4 info and generate prior paystubs going back 18 months when I needed to provide for a mortgage loan.

Cons: The password questions you answered were never stored. I wrote down the answer to one of my security questions as red bicycle, yet, when I got locked out and it asked me to answer the question it would say wrong answer and make me constantly bug my Human Resourced Dept. to get unlocked.

Comments: Our current support team and Rep are fantastic!

Pros: Ease of use. The software is very intuitive and requires very little training time before someone can begin to navigate and begin to use it effectively. This is especially important with a broad user base who doesn't use the system regularly. Also, price is very reasonable.

Cons: Features are limited so it is often very restrictive, allowing for little to no customization where needed.

Pros: Robust Reporting Benefit Module is easy to use. As a client, you can manage your own benefit plans with just a few clicks of the mouse. Payroll budgeting tool allows a budget to be set, managers can request the increase by individual. You can get as intricate with this as you'd like.

Cons: There are a few simple things that your assigned payroll specialist needs to be involved in that seem silly: - You can't delete a custom report that you created, you have to email your payroll rep to remove this. lame. - You can't void a manual check that you printed, you have to email your payroll rep to void this. lame. The good news is that the payroll specialist teams are responsive, compared to other HRIS platforms I have used.

Pros: Paycom is excellent. I work with 4 different companies and i am able to manage all four separate companies from the same log-in. It lets you toggle between companies which makes my time card editing and approving process go by so much faster! I also LOVE the customer service. I have a designated agent whom I can call directly if i have any issues and she is quick to help out in any way she can. Additionally, the W2s are sent to ou via fedex all ready to go. SO easy to deal with during tax season

Cons: My only gripe with paycom would be that we seem to consistently have an issue with a certain tax being taken from each employees check and paid forward to the state. In Oregon there is a Trimet tax and paycom seems to have a hard time getting that taken care of. However, through many calls with our agent, we were able to (hopefully) get this problem solved. Overall, a minor issue when I consider the many benefits of working with paycom.

Overall: As stated previously, toggling between my 4 companies saves me a lot of time. We also have a lot of employees that work out on the field and having a mobile app for those employees has been a big help.

Cons: No real cons. Great addition to our business operation. Our growth from 1 employee to 90 in less then 5 years would have been hard to control with out Paycom

Pros: I love how everything is integrated with each other. Payroll is easy to process, reporting is easy and quick to get results. The EESS feature allows us to empower our employees.

Cons: We have had some service issues, outside of our current specialist. Due to the nature of our business, we have some development requests that had to be submitted that we are still waiting on.

Pros: I love that Paycom offers everything that a business needs for HR, payroll, taxes and so much more.

Cons: There are a couple things that I can not do, like put in more than two hire dates. Sometimes we rehire someone more than twice and I have to create a custom field just to add more hire dates.

Overall: All you need is Paycom. This is a one stop shop for everything HR and Payroll and Accounting.

Pros: I love the ease of payroll processing as well as the benefits programming. The Documents section of the system allows for a complete and easy to access paper trail and historical employment record of all employees. This has save our HR department many man hours because there is no need to shuffle paperwork anymore. I have worked with 10+ systems over the last 22 years and this is one that I would recommend to anyone

Pros: The system provides a variety of HR management tools. The Payroll and Benefits functionality is easy to use and takes little effort. The documents section allows for complete paper trail and historical employment documentation at the click of a mouse.

Cons: I would like to see updated accrual processes within the system including more capability on the reporting side

Comments: I think the idea is there, but they have a lot of fine tuning to make this a successful platform.

Pros: 1. Sales people were great at selling the Paycom system and capabilities! 2. Representatives were friendly

Cons: 1. They royally screwed up on W-2's for all employees outside of WA state. It was quite the debacle and took way too long to correct. Such a sensitive payroll area to get incorrect, that was very distressing for too many of our employees. 2. System was frequently down 3. Cash Requirements and Tax info not available during payroll pre-processing 4. No notifications when reports are ready - must continually refresh or revisit 5. Implementation process was not smooth - many tax account set-up errors, leading to filing errors that in turn took a long time to get corrected 6. Cost is VERY high and does not accurately reflect the level of service or system capabilities

Comments: We are approximately 6 months into Paycom, and it is still not set up correctly. We have to fight and fight to get them to help us. We have been lied to, sold a product that could not be delivered, promised fabulous customer service (which has not been held to... nice people, but they cannot figure things out). Based on our experience, the only recommendation I would give to prospective customers is RUN from Paycom!

Pros: App is good for employees to make changes to their personal information, see punches, make punch change request, request PTO, etc.

Cons: Very faulty. Reports are not accurate. Random glitches. Does not work well with shift differentials. Cannot see how our system is set up. We find out things are not set up correctly when there are incorrect paychecks. During the first 4 months of running payrolls, it would leave a whole day's of hours off some time cards, others it would add 90+ hours! I would love to be paid 90 additional hours but... Implementation was horrible.

Pros: The simplicity of the dashboard is extremely necessary for offices with a lot of employees. Insurance, taxes, pay stubs can be complicated--and this system makes it very easy.

Overall: When doing taxes this year, the instructions for acquiring your W2s wasn't as simple as I assumed it would have been.

Pros: Paycom makes it really easy to find employee info (about timecards, time off, accruals, tax info, etc). It's really nice that way because now we can get all that info ourselves rather than bombarding them to look up specific info for us.

Cons: The training is a little obnoxious. It's really nice that it's housed in the system. So, you can just watch the video and learn how to use it on an individual basis. But it's a training video. And it's obnoxious.

Comments: Overall a pretty good solution especially for a small business. Customization is available at set up, so there aren't alot of programming fees, etc. If you are OK with the limitations, could be a good solution for you.

Pros: - Customizable allows for customizable fields - Great tool for small business, because it is priced reasonably - Lots of modules that you can integrate or add on - Ability to add training and track employees who have used this system - Ability to do performance review in the system - Employees can view pay stubs, benefits elections, 401k through an easy interface

Pros: I enjoy the ease of use and learning how to achieve so many different Human Resources Functions with such ease. Pros: I like the reporting and customization of fields. It provides me the ability to be able to adapt our HRIS system to the changing needs of the organization. Built in reporting is super handy when conducting audits and managing a large workforce. All in one HRIS system, does basically everything you need.

Cons: Some parts are still underdeveloped and could be improved such as the HR Analytics dashboard and leave administration. Some reporting still seems a little difficult to navigate.

Overall: One stop for all administrative and management information. Customization for a numerous amounts of needs. Great and quick support from back end as well.

Pros: Prior to Paycom, the process of calculating, withholding, paying, and filing payroll taxes was time consuming and stressful. Having Paycom manage payroll taxes lessens this burden and liability.

Cons: Paycom frequently evolves and enhances their product, so the user must stay updated with all features and functionality.

Overall: One specific area which Paycom has provided value to BIS is the Human Resources portion of the solution. Using modules like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Human Resources, BIS has been able to revolutionize the HR Department and its processes.

Pros: For the price, its a great alternative to the big box companies offering their HRIS platforms. Their payroll, benefits administration, documents facilitation, etc is excellent. This product is great if you are looking to pull your company out of the stone age as we have. We especially like the electronic new hire paperwork option.

Cons: Talent Management portal sometimes lacks the applicant flow over other ATS platforms. There are some quirks about the system (as all systems have it) where you can't delete duplicate profiles, limitations with dynamic access groups for managers, etc. But they are always improving.

Overall: This has allowed us to simply our new hire onboarding dramatically. Additionally, it allows us to significantly cut down on the paperwork surrounding our employees as all forms can be electronically signed and saved in the system.

Pros: The system is fairly quick to be updated. They release new updates on a quarterly, if not monthly, basis. Way better than ADP.

Cons: Paycom can be a little behind the times on the updates and features you see in other HRIS products. The built-in ATS integration wasn't good for us.

Pros: The system is very user friendly and provides great support. It has reduced the amount of time it takes to process payroll and has integrated with all of the other software systems we use. The time and attendance feature is very customizable and has allowed us to better track time at all of our sites.

Cons: The one thing that I like least about the software is that there is no pre notification for the direct deposits. While this makes the direct deposit active much quicker than waiting for notification, it also is essential that the information is correct.

Overall: Saved money and time in processing our payroll and all with additional functionality than our previous payroll software

Pros: - User-friendly and intuitive.
- The report center section has a lot of canned reports that can be customized or the user can create their own reports and save them.
- Benefits administration offers the option to the employees to choose their benefits without much interaction with HR. Our employees are empowered.

Pros: Prior to the use of Paycom, my company did not have the option of access old paychecks or vacation without contacting HR. The software has been very easy to use and by great for pulling up an old paycheck or checking my vacation status. I also like the way it incorporates company wide messages on the main menu of my personal page. The mobile version works quite well too.

Cons: Its a pain to have to have an account for managing your own personal paycheck and vacation while also having a different for managing vacation for all your employees.

Comments: There are pieces to this HRIS that have some great ease of use, self explanatory, and great functionality. This is a really good company and most of the applications within the product are great. Just remember as with most of these software's they will all have the same functionalities, it is just a matter of how you get from A-Z that may change and you must be open to that. If you want customization, then you will have to pay for that.

Pros: A good system, especially if you are converting from full paper trails to electronic. You are able to pick and choose different applications with the system to use. Single sign on for Administrators and Management. You always know what is coming in the enhancement releases.

Cons: Under Talent Management, the review application had been the bane of my existence. While it does have some great features, there have been major problems for us over the past 5 years. I don't believe they have handled their growth very well. I have an assigned representative, but I am only to speak with him about 50% of the time I call in for assistance.

Pros: Easy to manage once you learn the system. The reporting function works well. It is easy to create customized reports.

Support personnel are great! They are available to either do something for you themselves, or walk you through how to do it. Our support person and her team are easy to talk to, know their customers, and are good at coming up with solutions to questions or issues.

Cons: Manuals are written for somebody who already know how to use Paycom. Manuals need to be written from the perspective of somebody who has never used Paycom.

Pros: What I like the most is about this software is that I can clock in on my tablet or cell phone when on the company premises. It works great for me and if I have a missed punch my supervisor can correct the mistake at that moment.

Pros: I like the ability to use the mobile app to complete many of the functions that are available on the webpage.

Cons: The mobile app lay is similar to the webpage. At times, it makes selecting menu items a bit difficult because its more for the size of a mouse instead of a finger.

Pros: I was able to do all my onboarding before day 1. The app makes it extremely easy to do everything from my phone as well. Work Schedules, benefits, pay stubs, etc.

Cons: There were a few small glitches in the actual filling out of the benefits forms, but that was quickly resolved.

Pros: For our non-profit organization, this was a big upgrade from our previous system. I have found the system to be extremely easy to navigate when reviewing and approving hours and managing the information of employees I supervise, as well as with managing my own time off requests and paycheck information.

Cons: When requesting time off the system doesn't always seem to give an accurate estimate of the time that will be available by the requested date. I have had to manually total my own accrued time, and that of employees, to figure out if the vacation request is appropriate.

Overall: The software is very easy to navigate. Our management staff and our employees have been very satisfied overall.

Pros: We recently became a Paycom client and have loved the employee friendly aspect of the system. Our employees can navigate through the system with ease. Software capabilities are excellent and have streamlined many processes. Our support is quick to respond to questions and concerns

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Transition was fairly easy. Software transitions seem to always have their glitches but when we did the support team from Paycom was quick to assist.

Pros: It is very hard for me to say what I like the MOST about this software. We went from 27 total employees to 62 in a matter of about 6 weeks. As a one-person payroll/HR department, Paycom helped to make my life so much easier. Paycom does so much for me.
1. My dedicated specialist is very patient. He is always helpful and knowledgeable.
2. We are able to assign and track our employees' training here.
3. We are able to store all of our employees' documents within the system.
Having Paycom has been a huge help to me. I highly recommend that you try it!

Cons: The thing that I like the least is trying to decipher the reporting process. Some of the reports are easy for me to figure out and some are harder to try and decide how to get the information that you want.

Pros: The feature and functionality really solidified this as a great software. You can use the app, go on the website, or use a kiosk to access Paycom from anywhere.

Cons: The interface and vocabulary the app uses is a little confusing, but it just takes some warming up to.

Comments: I have used Paycom in three different companies (replaced ADP with Paycom) and it was like night and day! The Sales team is fantastic and the Implementation team second to none!

Pros: The functionality, how user-friendly it is and the fact that it is cloud based. Their Customer Service is the best! One of the customer rep. was amazing during implementation!! She was available 24/7!

Cons: They only CON I see is perhaps they Need to work a bit on the Performance management system. Other than that, I don't see any cons.

I have only used paycom on line, however my co-workers use it via machine to check in daily

Pros: The paycom software has many features and functions that allow you to move thru the system and search past pay stubs, benefits, medical/dental information.

Cons: Viewing time requests off either for vacation, sick, general holiday etc.. in paycom is not easy to read.

Comments: Very happy to strongly recommend Paycom. They have a great product, great customer care and at a very good value. We evaluated 10 other HRIS systems with Payroll and are glad we chose the right company.

Pros: Complete solution for growing companies with huge functionalities and a system to keep you out of trouble with all the HR and DOL rules etc. Superior customer support. We have been very happy with the very high level of customer support, training and systems work. I have not worked with a vendor before that had this high level of support. They really care and make sure you understand the product well and how to maximize the benefits. Other software vendors we've used for HR as well as other products had nowhere near this level of support.

Cons: Its a very good product. I just want the company to continue to prioritize upgrades based on customer feedback.

Pros: I've used Paycom for several years, both for self-service and management purposes. The system is easy to navigate and allows the user to easily access a lot of different types of information from anywhere internet access is available.

Pros: Paycom is much easier to use than other HR software I have used and the Paycom team always keeps our HR/Payroll department in the know on important changes and enhancements. They send out monthly product updates that truly do make life easier! They don't leave you wondering what happened, they are great with communicating when something will change. They always take into consideration when clients recommend system enhancements. Paycom is ever evolving for the better!

Cons: The only thing I would like to see changed about the Paycom system, is an easier way to track employee changes by a specific time period. A previous HR software I used created different "versions" of an employees profile based on when their employee status, job title, pay rate, or other major changed occurred rather than feeling like you are "overwriting" history (even though you can pull an audit report, I just wish there was a more convenient way to view the changes).

Pros: The software is very functional and easy to understand. It seamlessly goes from function to function and is great for internal records and bookkeeping

Cons: The software does a lot of things we don't need but understandably many businesses do. For us it is easy to navigate but as the functionality grows we may need to get more equipped with its features and use. The Con is more of us problem and not Paycom.

Pros: I like the simplicity and ability to customize a lot of the fields. I like that Paycom does monthly enhancements to keep things evolving as needs change and changes are recommended by companies that use their product.

Cons: It's almost too simple. It's a pro and a con. I don't like that you can't easily view the history of an employees profile at any given point in time. You can view the change history, but I wish there was a way to create new "pages" of an employees profile that would keep all of the history (pay, job titles, ect) in one place at any given point in time. Our previous payroll company did this. Also tracking trainings is a bit difficult (non-Paycom system trainings).

Pros: The resumes can be downloaded via desktop and smartphone, in case you're away from the office. The site/software keeps an automatic record of search history for convenience.

Pros: Paycom software is easy to use on both the employer and employee side. We enjoy the flexible options which allows us to pick and choose which programs our company will use, and we only have to pay for what we utilize. The customer service support is a great team of courteous people who truly care.

Cons: Paycom has great training videos that go over the software in depth. For quick reference it would be helpful if they incorporated some shorter, topic specific tutorials.

Pros: Paycom's assistance with the payroll process has been invaluable. The system is user friendly and makes it easy to add employees or make changes throughout the year. Paycom streamlines the payroll process and handles our tax rates, tax filings, accruals, and W2's. Processing our payroll takes only minutes and there is always a payroll specialist available to answer questions, either by phone or email. Our payroll has always been processed in a timely and correct manner.

Overall: Easy to use, cost effective and they insure timely remittance of our payroll tax obligations to the correct agencies.
Our payroll specialist has changed several times throughout the time we've been with Paycom. It hasn't caused a problem, just a matter of getting used to working with someone new.

Pros: TokenEx was able to implement this solution in record time without challenge. This complete HCM solution has given our company visibility and the ability manage areas of our business that require attention and detail - and we can do it from anywhere. The value compared to other solutions is not even fair.

Cons: The on-boarding component should be automated, but I think they've got an online form for this now. Problem solved.

Pros: PayCom is very user-friendly and offers coding flexibility that is key for non-profit fund accounting. I also think they have a very comprehensive and intuitive reporting suite. Paycom is easy to navigate. The customer support services is great. There is always someone there to help when you call in. They are patient in explaining the solution you need for your question. Paycom is continues to update and improve both the payroll and HR platforms.

Cons: We don't use it to track upcoming vacations or planned PTO. We have found that Paycom is unwieldy in this regard.

Pros: Internally it is very friendly and we excellent response time with our designated representative when issues arise. Highly recommend this product for these two important reasons!

Cons: Overall we are very happy but one consistent issue we have is our temps get confused with the language for adding their hours. We consistently have questions regarding what punch and punch pair mean. Only other recommendation we would have is for less steps and tasks for document management.

Pros: I like having all of my time cards, paystubs and benefits outlined in the system. It makes it easy to track updated documents from HR. I do not have any specific cons about this software. I find it generally easy to use, although I suppose it could be prettier?

Pros: I like that the software is user friendly and accessible in all formats (computer and phone). I can access it anytime I want or need it.

Cons: The use of military time for clocking out can sometimes be cumbersome , but overall the program is user friendly and easy to work with.

Overall: All my personell records are in one place and easily accessible.

Pros: Customer service is top notch. Whether you are a small or large company their software has so many features and customizability.

Pros: As a small non profit new to using Paycom for payroll, this software is forgiving of mistakes and allows for corrections to be made. Technical support is a phone call away and is readily available to walk us through any questions we have.

Cons: Paycom offers so many services that are not utilized by our small non profit. The vast options available online took a little time to sift through but after a few cycles with great technical support, payroll takes very little time to run.

Overall: efficiency with payroll. Hope to increase utilization as we grow.

Comments: Paycom isn't a bad choice if your company is small, but if you have more than 200 employees I would recommend seeing other options.

Pros: There are a lot of features offered though Paycom that are helpful, like the ACA Dashboard, and can definitely decrease the amount of time spent on certain projects. Paycom is constantly updating and striving to improve their system, and making sure their clients are updated on government policies.

Cons: Unfortunately the reporting system is limited and not exactly intuitive. There have been times when there was something incorrect in the coding that delayed certain projects. When we had an issue (pressing or not), there were times we didn't hear back from the customer support for a long time, even after follow - up emails/phone calls. The fees associated with certain procedures seemed a little steep as well, especially when compared to other payroll providers.

Pros: My company has been using Paycom's services since the late 1990's. They consistently process our payroll correctly and on time. The customer service response is exceptional. It doesn't matter that we are a small company, we still get a dedicated team of specialists that usually respond to all requests within 15 minutes. The software/website is very easy to use and the built in report writer allows for special reports to be generated for things like worker's comp and insurance audits.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Been using the software for 19+ years - it does what it's supposed to do. Small companies like ours are treated the same as larger ones. We have a dedicate team that responds quickly and our payroll is processed correctly every time.

Overall: Our payroll process has been streamlined and getting reports is quick and easier

Pros: From the employees to our managers, to the systems admins we all agree the system is easy to use! I also love the fact that there is an instruction for just about every function in the system. Tis is super useful when training new supervisors/managers and staff.

Cons: I don't like the fact that the employee orgs are not readily available and built into the system. I see there is a new feature for this and I am currently working through the steps to activate this feature.

Overall: We utilize everything with the exception of the recruiting module...hopefully when our current ATS contract expires we will also move to use this module with Paycom as well.
