The Implementation Specialist at all employers were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, attentive to the employer needs, accessible, and caring spirit.
The ease of time/payroll management for our internal employees, contract employees and clients are primary benefits to our team. Annual benefits enrollment is a huge plus as well.
The fact that our "hire to fire" process is completely seamless in Paycom is a huge win. My dedicated specialist is there with me every step of the way from small questions to big issues.
Paycom has been super easy to use in the few months since starting with it. I love that it has an easy to use app and login.
Cons
I have been waiting 2 months for them to fix a mistake they made on my W2. I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks to fix.
Outdated and clunky, unintuitive. And the worst thing is the account management.
I dislike that it has almost to many options of things to do.
Some of my staff have complained about the software not working correctly when downloaded as an application on their phones.

Pros: I like the quick responses from the Account Manager and Dedicated Specialist most.
Cons: A lot of custom reports for data need to be purchased separately from what is included in the costs.

Overall: This software implementation has been better than expected, felt very supported throughout the process and the program is easy to use and navigate. I like how we can hand back a lot of control and accountability to the employees and managers.
Pros: The support is unequalled, all through implementation and first several payrolls, they were usually very quick to respond to emails and answer questions.
Cons: Canadian taxes and statutory deductions are a work in progress and we have had a couple hiccups.

Pros: You can have everything in 1 place for every employee from time-off, scheduling, timeclock, applicant tracking, background checks, onboarding, benefits enrollment, documents, notifications to employees, easy reporting and many more features. It is easy to use and navigate.
Cons: I have no dislikes about Paycom. I am 100% a Paycom fan.

Overall: The overall experience has been a rollercoaster of rolling out new products and changing our department processes to stay on top of new trends and features. However, now everything is working smoother, and I am very happy with Paycom.
Pros: I enjoy my Paycom representative [sensitive content hidden] she had been beneficial in education on the system and showing us how Paycom can work for our organization. I enjoy the new features that Paycom has been releasing that allow streamlining processes and giving the HRIS more of a competitive edge compared to other systems.
Cons: We did not have proper communication prior to [sensitive content hidden] on how the system works and were given simple "fixes" that in fact did not fix our problems or issues but created further stress in managing the system.
