Outstanding - implementation was thorough and supported. The training we received set us up for success. And the system is easy to use!

Pros

Ease of implementation and use! The reporting feature is robust, and the Personnel Action Forms make employee changes so easy!

Cons

The entire system works well for my needs. I haven't found a feature yet that I don't like. I haven't incorporated every feature yet, but everything is great so far.

From implementation to utilizing 24/7 the overall experience has been favorable and I would highly recommend this software.

Pros

The HRIS software is above and beyond any others. The all-in-one platform has increased efficiency within the HR and Payroll departments and overall operational efficiency. It has been an asset to our core functions within those departments. Additionally, Paycom's customer service exceeds expectations.

Cons

The time consuming in-depth and methodical implementation was a comprehensive process but very much needed for a smooth transition. The con of implementation resulted in a pro due to efficiency and automation, compliance and data security, enhanced onboarding, and employee engagement.

I have been in my role and using for about 9 months and feel like I have an overall good sense of how to utilize the key features. I am often overwhelmed by the amount of features and regularly unsure of what each function does. I think Paycom is capable of doing all of the tasks I want it too but I have no idea how to make changes to get to that point.

Pros

I love having the ability to access most features from my phone. The team is also very responsive although sometimes don't always have a quick answer, it is pretty easy to get in touch with a representative.

Cons

It is incredibly challenging to figure out where/how to make changes to certain things. Or seems to be multiple locations to make changes that are very similar. A good example is adding a pay code to a specific employee, often times we need to go to the employees profile to see what labor allocation profile they are in, then go to the labor allocation profiles and either create a new one or find an existing one that allows the correct access, then go back to the employees profile to change it to this and then also edit the user access profile for the manager to be able to see this employee. It is just a lot of steps for simple procedures. This is just one example but feel similar about other features.

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. The software is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and continues to improve with helpful features like IWant. Their customer service team is excellent and always quick to provide answers and support when needed. I also really value the relationship aspect of their service. Their traveling field agent visits us about every quarter to provide trainings, check in with our team, and discuss ways we can continue improving our processes. That level of support and communication has made working with Paycom a great experience overall.

Pros

What I like most about is how user-friendly the software is. It’s very easy to navigate and find what you need. The new IWant feature has also been very helpful because employees can ask their own questions instead of always coming to me as the payroll admin. I also really appreciate their customer service team. They always respond quickly and are very helpful whenever I have questions.

Cons

One thing I like least about is that some features can take time to learn when they are first introduced or updated. However, they do a great job providing training sessions and resources for new features, which makes the transition much easier and helps users get comfortable quickly.

Very good. We have utilized more modules within the last year and learned so much. Many of the modules have really made things run more efficiently.

Pros

Easy navigation for managers and employees. Training is offered to managers if needed. Customer support is a live person that answers.

Sometimes not notified if an update has happened and it changes things for us on our screen or procedure.

I feel heard and treated with respect. Development recommendations are genuinely considered. They check in periodically to make sure you are getting your full value from the system and review best practices.

Pros

Everytime you turn around, is developing something new. Innovation is their middle name! And could we please give our client rep, \[sensitive content hidden\], a round of applause?! She is like a dog with a bone and chews on an issue until there is nothing left to chew on.

Cons

Some things don’t integrate. For instance, in payroll, there are 3-4 fields indicating whether an EE is hourly or salary.

I love working with and would recommend to anyone looking for a new platform. I have been a customer for 11 years and wouldn’t choose another service provider.

Pros

I have used many other payroll platforms and ’s customer service is top notch! They are always available when I need them and are experienced enough to solve my issues quickly.

Cons

Building the performance reviews require multiple layers to get to the final product. If you have a complicated review, that are different for each position, the platform is not user friendly.

### "Easy to use time saver!"

has made my life as an HR manager so much easier. Payroll only takes moments now instead of hours. Nearly anything I want to accomplish in my position can be done in one place now! It's also allowed me to delegate tasks back to our supervisors, as they can access everything they need on their end as well through the app.

Pros

Everything on is quick and easy to do. Since the program uses one code for everything, it's very streamline and intuitive. I've tried other payroll providers in the past that were difficult to navigate and each task involved opening multiple windows. We were able to replace several programs with only Paycom. The app is a great resource, and our managers can use it on the fly in the field. They also have amazing customer service, when I do need help they respond right away, and offer advice and guidance on how to use the tools.

Cons

There's honestly very little I don't like, but one that that was tricky is it's VERY customizable. There are features that I was slower to use because there was a bit of work up front to make them do what I wanted. Once you put the time in to set it up though, it save so much time in the long run having your processes automated.

The most overly complicated, bloated and poor designed platform I have every used. Right from the start we realied we had made a mistake and it was too late.

It has rough at first, but it has gotten better with learning the software and teaching others how to use it. It is a great product.

Pros

I like that employees can clock in and out with ease on their phones, make corrections to their time, manage tax changes, direct deposit changes, and personal information changes. Also, I like that we can go through webinar trainings of the new product features every month.

Cons

I felt that the initial implementation was done so quick that we had a lot of trial and error before understanding some of the components of the software.

My overall experience for the past 15 years has been excellent. Great customer service and now with AI, even better!

Pros

I like most everything about , including how it functions, the ESS, and all the government/compliance offerings, learning, background screenings, tax credits, the ease of payroll, benefits administration, expense management, E-Verify, COBRA, ACA, various reports, etc.

Cons

There is anything that I don't like in , as it works well with our company and we get everything we need in one place.

Overall, I think it is competitive platform and we're generally pleased with the functionality of it.

Pros

I don't think we've ever had any technical issues with it, and it works well. Our account manager is responsive. Some of the updates have been convenient, such as the ACH return tracker.

Cons

The design changes that have been made in the past few years have all been horrible. I suppose they are to make it more mobile friendly, but it causes so much more scrolling on the desktop versions. I find it hard to believe that HR and payroll personnel are using their phones to work instead of their computers. The fees are outrageous for past quarter corrections. The enrollments reports are lacking, and it would be nice to be able to pull data from multiple payrolls into a pivot table with a single report. I wish the interface was designed a bit better - some of the more used pages are hard to find in not intuitive places.

### "Hit or Miss with Support, Easy Payroll. Take time to Implement"

A mixed bag. The last 6 months or so with our new support team has definitely been great though. I wish it could have been this way all along. Overall though, I don’t know if I’d choose in a line up again. Implementation seemed to go great but you don’t really know what was missed until you’re in the system. Do not rush that process. And do the trainings. Make sure you know what you are doing before you go live, and check EARLY to make sure data was transferred correctly, and there aren’t accrual issues. They do offer a lot of support options, and again it’s easily accessible. So if this is important to you, you will get it with Paycom.

Pros

overall is a good system. When implemented correctly, and when you purchase all modules it functions decently well. Payroll is quite easy with th timekeeping module in place.

Cons

your support team makes all the difference right along with who implements you. Our current support team is great. Before there were several issues and it rooted back to implementation. While support was always easy to get ahold of, there was a disconnect between myself and our assigned rep for awhile. They made it very challenging to get our rep reassigned. There seems to be challenges with having accrual limits stop at a set yearly amount when you also allow people to earn PTO when they work overtime. This is very strange to me but they never resolved this issue for us. I do not like the price per payroll set up. But it isn’t very much to run a payroll off cycle either.

Very positive, we've been supported at every steps of the process. We're a year and half post implementation and still learning, but this has been a huge improvement for our organization.

Pros

Customer support Ease of use Data - we have exponentially more information at our fingertips in comparison to our prior paper processes. This allows us to act using real-time information and be more strategic.

Cons

Honestly, no major complaints here. If I'm being picky, I'd like to change the home page tiles and move them around to access my favorites quicker. Instead of i want up top, I'd rather jump to employee changes.

Currently using for payroll, HR, Benefits, reviews, one on ones-It has improved our processes, making it easy to use for the management team and the staff. Each year we add on something new, we are now completely paperless for our entire HR/payroll/Performance review process.

I have been working with for more than 7 years and love it. I understand the portal easily without getting lost. When I make changes to a staff member I do not have to worry to make changes in different areas. Payroll is a breeze, and their support team is always helpful.

Pros

It's a one stop shop, with wonderful customer service. The portal is easy to navigate and understand. They constantly are trying to do enhancements that help, plus they listen to customer suggestions.

Cons

Sometimes the site is a little slow but gets corrected quickly. I wish we could talk directly to tax experts.

Pros

The team has been extremely responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout the process. We’ve appreciated the user-friendly platform, the streamlined onboarding experience, and the ability to manage multiple HR and payroll functions in one system. The customer service and ongoing support from the team have also been a major positive for our organization.

Overall, I just love it! The system, the company and the support that me and my team gets is very valuable!

Pros

Most I like is my representative, \[sensitive content hidden\], who is always available, very knowledgeable, very patient and kind. This makes my work so easy when I have a support from person like him! Second, it's how it looks (bright and colorful) and the way everything is set up, that is usually very easy to use. I also like that is adaptive and always ready to listen to our feedback and make update/changes based on our needs.

Cons

Though I do really appreciate they constantly develops and improves everything in their system, I wish that new features were simply added to existing once versus very often the hole section can be changed so much that is hard to find something again especially if you do not use something very often by the time you need to use it again it can look completely different or in a very different spot and then you spend too much time trying to find something that could be done fast and easy.

I use daily for payroll, wage garnishments, ask here inquiries, and many more tasks. I have always had a great experience with learning new things and ways to be able to save more time in completing those tasks. Customer service has been a pleasure with understanding the assistance I am looking for and a speedy response. I would definitely recommend Paycom to any business.

I enjoy the ease of being able to navigate through the different features of . I work with many different aspects. When I find I am unsure of how to complete a task, I can easily navigate to the help center to be able to implement the information given to assist me further. Otherwise, the support team at Paycom has always been an excellent resource through their email and phone support when needed. I also love the aspect that our employees are able to take charge of their own information through the ESS, at the same time that when they come across an issue, we are able to assist them with ease.

Cons

The least of that I have challenges with is the company maintenance and where to find a feature I am unsure of due to not being a part of the set up with my company. However, the more I have used Paycom and my company's customization of it, the more and easier tasks have become.
