### "Paycom is better than the rest "

Paycom is nicer and better than the other payroll apps I've used, and I prefer it over ADP. It is a clean UI and the way to adjust peoples hours is easy. Approval process takes seconds and once everybody is migrated into the system other features network nicely and build upon each other.

Pros

Paycom makes it very simple to track users time, clock ins, benefits, payroll, and other misc workplace duties. The app is speedy and can use Touch ID / Face ID. Sign up is quick using private user data like last 4 of social.

Cons

The app on iPhone can be slow, passwords need to be reset every 6 weeks, and you get timed out if away on the app for too long even though it is open.

### "Paycom Review"

The overall experience has been a rollercoaster of rolling out new products and changing our department processes to stay on top of new trends and features. However, now everything is working smoother, and I am very happy with Paycom.

Pros

I enjoy my Paycom representative \[sensitive content hidden\] she had been beneficial in education on the system and showing us how Paycom can work for our organization. I enjoy the new features that Paycom has been releasing that allow streamlining processes and giving the HRIS more of a competitive edge compared to other systems.

Cons

We did not have proper communication prior to \[sensitive content hidden\] on how the system works and were given simple "fixes" that in fact did not fix our problems or issues but created further stress in managing the system.

### "Implementation is great"

Implementation Team is fantastic and very knowledgeable! \[sensitive content hidden\] are a pleasure to work with, very helpful and available.

Pros

Paycheck preview is helpful. Easy payroll submission. Paycom app is wonderful, easy and user friendly.

Cons

HR modules are not intuitive, have to dig to find out how to do. Missing some standard payroll reports like Employee Changes. Wish there was a drop and drag feature in HR (like Rippling). Unable to get some modules up and running in the time frame due to our limited people and time.

### "A basic easy to use solution"

My experience was fine. It wasn't great, it also wasn't bad. It functioned fine for me as a user and I didn't experience any outages or issues often.

Pros

Paycom was fine for my basic needs for time and attendance. It was easy to use and understand.

Cons

Integrating other systems into Paycom wasn't easy and proved to be difficult for employees to use. We like to be able to incorporate as much HR functionality into one system for ease of use and simplicity, but we encountered a lot of road blocks with Paycom. From my standpoint it was okay to use, but our company quickly transitioned away from Paycom due to the complexity on the backend.

### "Paycom is worth working with"

It has really improved since 2023. We are grateful that they are now helping us manager our 1099 vendors.

Pros

After 2023, they have improved Customer Service and the system interface is very intuitive.

Cons

Nothing at this time. They have improved their customer service since 2023 and that really has made it easy to work with them.

### "Amazing Paycom experience"

My overall experience with Paycom has been extremely positive. I would highly recommend them to other companies.

Pros

Paycom's customer support is amazing. When I started this position, I had never worked with Paycom. I called in and they walked me through step by step on processing my first payroll. They never tried to rush me or act like they didn't have time for me. Every single time that I have called in they have gone above and beyond to help me. Access and availability to customer service has always been immediate. I have never experienced any hold times to speak with someone.

Cons

Would have benefited from a paper copy of a "how to guide". But the customer service is top notch, so that didn't become an issue.

### "Not just a payroll system"

Overall, paycom offers everything we need to make payroll easy for our employees. From onboarding to payroll and everything in between paycom checks the boxes.

Pros

Paycom is really easy to use for both me as a manager and for my employees. I like that there is an in depth desk top version and a quick on the go app version.

Cons

I wish the cost for additional integrations was more budget friendly.

My overall experience with Paycom since the beginning has been positive and seamless.

Pros

You can have everything in 1 place for every employee from time-off, scheduling, timeclock, applicant tracking, background checks, onboarding, benefits enrollment, documents, notifications to employees, easy reporting and many more features. It is easy to use and navigate.

Cons

I have no dislikes about Paycom. I am 100% a Paycom fan.

### "The best HR system I've ever worked with"

My overall experience with Paycom has been nothing but positive. It just works...all the time. And when I need assistance, it's just a phone call or email away.

Pros

Paycom's customer support is so good. They actually reach out to me more than I have to reach out to them. When I do need help, I call the support team and get immediate assistance. They are also constantly improving their software, without breaking things that work in the process. I couldn't be happier with my Paycom experience.

Cons

The cost is a bit higher than others, but it's worth it for the consistency, customer support and regular development of new features.

The in/out/lunch button to close to each other Should be able to correct entries instead of requesting a correction be made
