I know when I log into Paycom that I will be able to get the information I need with ease and clarity. It is an excellent platform for any business to use.

Pros

Paycom offers easy access to the information I need: pay stub details, benefits selections, paperwork, etc. It is a secure, organized environment that is easily navigated and totally reliable.

Cons

Functionally Paycom is a highly effective platform, so how about a little more ambience? :)

Overall, I have had a pleasant and good experience

Pros

The ease of the reporting and the use of Paycom for Payroll.

Cons

I wish we got the State tax reports and I wish we could configure the PTO better. Also, I wish it was a better way to pay OT to salary employees when the law went into effect in July.

live personal support during set up and always a phone call or e-mail away for answers to new concerns or issues with our payroll

### "Paycom Improves the Employee Experience"

Making employee experience better is my #1 job. Paycom helps so much when it comes to employee satisfaction, especially because HR and Payroll tasks is the worst part of the job for any employee. My guys love that it is easy to navigate and always in their back pocket.

Pros

I like that it allows employees to have everything HR/Payroll right in their back pocket. It saves me, as an HR Coordinator, time that used to be spent assisting employees with small tasks that take a lot of time.

Cons

The client side access could be more user friendly. It seems like there is too many tabs and that it could all be more condensed and organized. There are also certain things on the employee side, like requesting a punch, that seems to be more complicated than it needs to be.

### "Helpful App"

It has been a positive experience. I find it easy to use and have enjoyed using it for my place of work.

Pros

I enjoy that you can see when others put up a day they are not available to work, and you are able to check right away if you can take that shift for them. I also like that it makes it very easy to read monthly newsletters/safety checks and sign them electronically.

Cons

I do not like that you have to send yourself a text message every time you login, even with faceID.

Overall experience with multiple Paycom Specialist and Client Relations Rep has not been good. They do not seem to be knowledgeable with system capability and generally need to "go back to team" to find solutions.

Pros

End user feature of paycheck preview. Ease of use for employees.

Cons

From Admin standpoint - very manual. No flexibility with position seats. Frequent glitches.

### "Paycom is Amazing!"

I have worked with Paycom at three different organizations over more than 3 years. I absolutely LOVE Paycom and would change to this platform anywhere I go.

Pros

The ease of use and ability to customize the platform to our individual needs.

Cons

Slow to get custom reporting built. It seems to take an extensive amount of time to get approval for, price out and actually build a custom report.

There were too many barriers to success with Paychex and it took far too long to get support from their team, which was absolutely required to get anything done. The disparate systems within Paychex made it incredibly cumbersome to get information into, and out of, the system and we ran into an extensive amount of data issues because of the way the system is built.

### "higher ups thought costly"

Personally, I found it easy to use. The cost factor did not bother me but bothered the 'bean counters'

Pros

We liked it due to its ability to do many things at once like human resource activities which include payroll, benefits and hiring.

Cons

The higher ups were not happy regarding the cost and if they wanted to add something on that it was either difficult and/or costly to do so.

My experience has been favorable. I do not care to have to toggle between Client and Employee sign-ons, but overall, a good experience.

Pros

I like that I can search and filter the employees' names to approve punch pairs.

Cons

I do not like that I am unable to post training video for my employees to review.

Overall the experience has been great! I have had help every step of the way. Anytime I have a question someone is always available to help.

Pros

It is easy to use and has a lot of great features.

Cons

I cant really complain. The initial set up and implementation is long and requires me to be apart of a lot of Zoom calls but I have had assistance from Paycom through every step so this made up for the time it takes.

### "Paycom - A well-rounded HRIS system"

Overall happy with the system. There are always improvements we wish were available, and Paycom is willing to submit these suggestions as future improvements - but the system works for our needs with an employee count that falls within the 200-500 range.

Pros

The functionality just makes sense. We are able to use all of the benefits of the system together to have some automations within our HRIS system.

Cons

The lack of integration with other systems. We really want our other vendors/retirement services/etc. to have 360 integrations.

### "PayCom Experience"

Overall, we have been with PayCom almost 6 years. The majority of our contact people have been very good. They tend to promote their people quickly so transitioning to a new rep can be a challenge.

Pros

They did an excellent job onboarding us. The initial training and involvement for our first year was great. They really made us feel welcome.

Cons

It has taken awhile to address our attendance point challenges.

### "good user features "

it was okay we switched from Paycom to a different interface and honestly I liked Paycom better than the new one

Pros

it was easy to use and I like that it had a lock screen widget on my phone so I could clock in with ease

Cons

it was difficult to learn at first and on mobile some of the drop-down bars would get cut off, so it was hard to get to all the information

### "I LOVE Paycom"

I LOVE Paycom. I've been with Paycom since 2016 and have converted two different companies/employers. I always tell people that no software is perfect, but Paycom is as close as it gets for me. It's a great, all-inclusive platform that is easy to use and highly customizable!

Pros

It's an all-in-one system that is user friendly!

Cons

Some customer experience has been lost as the company has grown. It makes absolutely makes sense from a streamlining, efficiency and liability standpoint, but the personal touch/assistance also decreases with these changes.

### "Paycom Experience "

My overall experience with Paycom has been great. I currently use Paycom at my current job and can access all my personnel information, which I really love. This is in addition to several other features I enjoy, such as the ability to view pay stubs, request time off, obtain tax documents, and much more.

Pros

The system is user-friendly, and employees can quickly access personnel information without needing to contact the HR staff.

Cons

While Paycom is user-friendly, it may be a little difficult for individuals who are not tech-savvy to navigate, would be nice to have a search box to quickly access information.

### "Good software but still needs improved. "

I would still choose Paycom over the competitors, but do wish that customer support was stronger.

Pros

Implementation was done so well, our Paycom team took the time to understand our every need.

Cons

After implementation the customer support was lacking. Our client support specialist was not responsive, and we were given a new specialist almost every month.

### "Paycom - Best system yet!"

This software implementation has been better than expected, felt very supported throughout the process and the program is easy to use and navigate. I like how we can hand back a lot of control and accountability to the employees and managers.

Pros

The support is unequalled, all through implementation and first several payrolls, they were usually very quick to respond to emails and answer questions.

Cons

Canadian taxes and statutory deductions are a work in progress and we have had a couple hiccups.
