I was extremely happy using this platform. The staff also really enjoyed the simplicity of the app. We had staff of all age groups who could navigate the app with ease.

Pros

Paycom is one of the best HRIS platforms I have used in my HR career! I really enjoyed how versatile it is. Everything I need is all available in one platform.

Cons

I didn't have any negative things to say about this platform.

Paycom Payroll has a very good system, easy to use and the support is wonderful! We are very happy with the setup and the support we have received.

Pros

The support is excellent. I have used several payroll systems in the past and the reports are the best have seen.

Cons

Setup seemed a bit onerous, but was easily forgotten once we saw how good the system is. Also we were handed off to different teams during the setup process.

Paycom was very user friendly because it was not a very robust system.

Cons

Paycom has very limited reporting capabilities. The system was too antiquated for the size of my company which was growing.

### "Paycom is an excellent payroll application!"

Very positive. I think Paycom offers a excellent and superior payroll application.

Pros

My dedicated specialist and the excellent customer service. The database is very user friendly and easy to use.

Cons

The recently added terminated employee process in Beti needs a major overhaul. Very confusing and never does quite what I expect. I don't like using it but when I choose not to use it Paycom doesn't end some earnings. Some of the forms need updated to be consistent with other recent updates. Some improvements haven't been tested by an end user like me. The words don't wrap or are not visible.

When we started, Paycom was solely used for Payroll. As \[sensitive content hidden\], I implemented the ATS and it changed the way our business operations worked in the hiring sphere.

Pros

Timekeeping that aligns with California Meal Premium regulations.

Cons

Candidate tracking and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates is wonky. Paycom messages to employees would be soooo much better received if rather than coming from a "paycom" address, it could be tailored to come from a custom address from our company.

### "Paycom for the Win"

Overall, our experience has been wonderful. Our dedicated account specialist is knowledgeable and so quick to help. When she's not available, they monitor her emails, so we never get left out in the cold. If she's unavailable by phone, one of her other teammates answers, and they've all been wonderful.

Pros

Paycom puts all of our HR needs in one place. It's a great tool to complete all our projects and functions in the HR department.

Cons

There are often changes that happen in the system that upset/change/revert our already fixed data to something it was before or something completely different than the team doesn't seem to know how/why it happens.

i would rate paycome with an 9. it's a near perfect tool with the exception of how long the approval hierarchy works, If i was the developer i would put in status bar on top of the list approvers so that i know what's the hold up, who is hodling up my ticket for approval

Pros

Everything is available in paycom from scheduling to adjustments to personnel action form to continuous learning

Cons

the approval stages are very cumbersome, it shows me the name of the approvers but does not show you any real "progress" as to why the ticket is stuck to a specific approver.

Payroll processing is no longer an irksome experience. Help is readily available, and the process is becoming more intuitive.

Pros

The BETI payroll has made processing payroll much simpler and less time consuming. Employees like the ability to approve their timecards and review and approve their pay checks.

Cons

Paycom's manuals on setting up various processes can be confusing but improving. Customer service has improved drastically over the past couple of years. The payroll process was not intuitive and very frustrating and that has improved too.

### "Not global - good for American teams only"

I use paycom to track our US team's learning, but there's no easy way to create a report just for that team so I have to resort to going into each user profile one by one to check if they have completed certain training. If it can be done, I can't find it in the list of pre-determined reports.

Pros

Paycom has a lot of useful functions such as the learning management system in the form of Paycom Learning and basic HR system functions such as leave approval. There's an ATS which we haven't set up since we adopted the system a few years ago.

Cons

We tried to adopt Paycom for our Australian operations but the app didn't work in that region and we encounter roadblocks (social security numbers don't exist in Australia but it was required for log in, payroll tax rates couldn't be adapted for this region). Ultimately, we could have tried to make it work but when we were looking into it, our management team decided to proceed with a local product. We were informed that the system would work in Australia but when it came to implementation it didn't - left a sour taste with the management team. User interface is also old-fashioned and looks clunky from the 90s.

Overall it’s easy to use, legitimate, and clear to understand.

Pros

User friendly, even for someone who isn’t tech savvy. Tabs/descriptions make sense and are clear. I like the option to approve a paycheck.

Cons

Tax document location wasn’t self explanatory. Every other feature is self explanatory though.

Overall good system just needs a few things to make it a great system.

Pros

Payroll and on boarding are easy and fast now. I like that I have all employee's info in one spot.

Cons

Time punches, Time punch edits. EX: The system allows a user to have 2 of the same punch (2 Ins or 2 outs) instead of erroring the user and saying you already have an in punch would you like to edit it, instead of letting them create a new punch. PTO could use some more rules to help us. I don't like seats.

Great, even if there's an issue its easy to contact Paycom and work through the issue and final a solution. I personally think its user friendly as well.

Pros

I like that when I have an issue I can call my Paycom representative for questions. It helpful especially when I am running Payroll and in a time crunch.

Cons

I only had a couple times where updates have been a downgrade for features I regularly used. Like not being able to download supporting doc from reimbursement as a batch instead now it one by one.

Excellent. Although there are concerns with getting immediate assistance at times I always get my issues resolved.

Pros

Simplicity of doing payroll. It almost does the payroll for you. Just need to verify info.

Cons

Availability of service team sometimes. I have called and no one from my team is available to help me.

over all paycom is alot easier to use then our last system

Pros

I can manage my deductions and vacation requests for myself as well as my employees

Cons

when my employees work a shift that goes into the next day and work over say like 12 hours is a little challenging getting the system to realize its not a mistake or missed punch
