Easy to use and has a fairly diverse array of resources and functionality for users and admins alike.

Cons

Some of the UI was clunkier than preferred, and navigation wasn't always the easiest or most intuitive.

### "It's worth buying"

is easy to use. It has a number of time keeping functions. It's secure and I've never had any issues with it at all.

Pros

It's convenient, I can clock in at work or on my phone at home. I use it to request vacation days,sick days, or unpaid time off. I use it to view my check stubs and W2's during tax time.

None I have no cons I am a fan of .

### "Paycom is the best!"

Pros

is EXTREMELY user friendly and has taken so much tedious work off my plate as an HR Manager! Before Paycom, I have 7 different systems that I would bounce between which housed various types of employee data, and to be able to have all of that, and MORE, in one system has been amazing! In addition, the employee visibility / ownership has been a huge positive shift and they are happier to have the ability to do so many things at their fingertips. I would have to say my favorite Paycom feature is "Approve My Check". This has eliminated ALL human error with payroll!

Cons

There is nothing so far that I do not like, but I will say the hardest feature to learn and get used to is reporting. It is very extensive and customizable, which is great and what every company needs, but getting to what you need takes a great deal of time in the beginning. Once you figure it out, its smooth sailing from there.

Besides it being slow. there were always new things to learn and customer service was great!

Easy to manage and clock in and out on my phone.

Cons

I did payroll for my company of 500+ and it ran pretty slow most days. Had to pay for late processing because of it.

has been reliable so theres that going for it, but its advanced features are lackluster. I wish i can see the time off for my coworkers so that i know who not to expect in the office but that easy feature appeara to be missing.

Pros

The integrated system was a breeze to work with. Managing my staffs' time was easier than with other top-rated software. The staff requests changes and off days through the app or online and the approval/denial/ change process is extremely easy.

Cons

With our version, we have a time clock attached, the time clock gave us problems when we set up new employees and I had to call customer service each time. It would not accept the add in however, we found out the time clock itself had an issue and was not functioning as it should have. It was replaced and now functions correctly.

Overall, I like and would recommend it to others to use.

Pros

's functionality is great compared to other payroll systems I have used. I like that it is all in one spot. I also enjoy that you can customize the documents employees / supervisor's sign.

Cons

I have experienced working with a customer service rep that knew less than I did about the system. While does have "team" for your account, it isn't always helpful. It would be nice if Paycom worked better with other accounts, such as benefit providers.

The head quarters of the company I work for is located in a different state than where I live. So, makes it easy for the company to log my hours worked so I can see myself also.

Pros

I like being able to keep track of hours worked before payday.

Cons

The app looks a little old fashioned and could be much easier to navigate.

Pros

It allows the human resources area to have control of the entire database of all employees on the same platform, allowing for better performance and better information capacity to generate payroll and better management of active personnel. Its configuration execution was long but its entire configuration was perfect, which did not allow errors to be generated regarding payroll or personnel due to having tools that manage the processes of each employee very well.

Cons

Every update it has had takes a long time to reconfigure but I don't understand why it is because of the tools and information that is handled, the entire execution process has always been perfect without failures

My overall experience with has been great. Paycom has several great functions that make HR and the supervisors' job a lot easier. Paycom is great for documentation, easily making things visible to employees, and personalizing the system to better fit our business needs.

Pros

I like that the employee is very user-friendly. The app makes it very easy for the employee to access their timecard, request time-off, view documents, complete checklists, etc. From the HR side, after we explain how to access something via the app, the employee rarely reaches out about the same question again, as it's easy to locate everything.

Cons

I do not have any cons about . I think the system is great and very user-friendly.

consolidates a plethora of functions—from standard human resources to project management to applicant tracking to learning management to time and attendance tracking—into a single platform. With Paycom, time and attendance tracking and management are completely automated, eliminating the need for any human processes.

Pros

An excellent central location for all company information and communication. Timesheets, costs, training, document uploading, onboarding, and benefits administration are all handled through it at my company. The software might need some polish, but it's a lifesaver for tracking mileage.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't noticed any drawbacks. Simple app or web-based access available. It would be great if the app could get alerts via push notifications. When keeping a manual mileage journal, it's a good idea to include more stops.

I love that we have a dedicated specialist, how our implementors are very forthcoming and open about , the navigation, and usability of Paycom.

Cons

If there was a better way to complete expenses for supervisors, as this is apart of my role, that would be better. Something that allows us to edit, review, and submit expense reports on the behalf of others more smoothly and easily - without extra steps that may be unnecessary or unavailable.

### "Smoothest implementation ever"

Overall we are very happy with the product. It was easy to get set up and I find myself looking to use more and more of the fields and options because the reporting is really great! It has been a pretty quick learning curve because the interface is pretty user friendly.

Pros

The implementation process was quick and fairly straight forward. Our sales person remained on our account as support throughout the implementation process and that was comforting. We had a timeline and we were able to adhere to it and processed our first payroll on time. When we had questions, we received answers quickly by reps that we recognized. The general ledger reporting is also easy to update and customize.

Cons

We had a couple issues with benefits implementation. It was a little difficult to understand what we were setting up and how it would all flow through. May recommend asking for a benefits specific demo. We also have had to file a few jurisdictions that have cost some extra fees that I didn't think about up front it may be nice to do a review before implementation of what may be needed.

Reason for choosing Paycom

Price was some consideration. ADP was too expensive for our small company. Paylocity is the product I had some experience with in the past and their customer support was always changing reps. Their GL was also not customizable by the end user.

I love the overall experience 10 out of 10 everything works well, and most of all my employees absolutely love it.

Pros

I love how easy it is to process payroll, enter and approve timesheets, benefits administration, performance reviews, I just love it all.

Cons

There is not much that I did not like, everything is super helpful and needed to have a successful HRIS in place.

The best option out there with great features and top notch sales team.

We love that our managers can easily clock in/out at any location on their phone. This makes it easy when you work at several locations. Everything is easy to use, use friendly, organized, out team loves it!!

Pros

We love that our managers can easily clock in/out at any location on their phone. This makes it easy when you work at several locations.

Cons

Our only con has been that you have to be able to trust your employees not to abuse the fact that we can clock in and out on our phones, and that they aren't stealing time. But we haven't had this issue.
