### "Poor UX design but with some useful features"

Could potentially measure up to other providers like Workday, if they made it more international and more user friendly. Things aren't in a clear place (hence the comment about UX). There is little logic to the "position management" system, and you end up having to repeat processes to change or update employee information. A promising product but with some changes to go.

Pros

The reports function enables you to pull a lot of data for your organisation. It integrates well with US-businesses and on-boarding and off-boarding can be customised for your organisation and internal processes.

Cons

No international support whatsoever so if you have an international workforce, you end up having to adapt with little success (cannot use app, asks for zip code etc, right to work checks for UK employees non-existent and cannot integrate processes easily). Customer service is hit and miss - some reps don't really know what they're talking about.

### "Super easy to use. "

Pros

Using this at work was the easiest thing I’ve done. We were able to clock in/out, look at all of our earned time off, and even request time off! Our paystubs and W2 were very easy to access. We rarely needed to contact our HR Dept.

Cons

Sometimes determining your time was difficult, as we could never figure out how they calculated time.

### "Timeclock Tool"

Overall, we have really been more efficient and effective at keeping track of our employees time, vacation, sick days, etc.

Pros

All our employees are able to clock in and out for the day and/or during lunch. Employee override is not allowed.

Cons

We have not found anything to dislike about the system. It is a great tool to keep track of time.

### "Paycom is our second (and current) payroll company, but there are things I would like to see improved."

Paycom isn't a bad choice if your company is small, but if you have more than 200 employees I would recommend seeing other options.

Pros

There are a lot of features offered though Paycom that are helpful, like the ACA Dashboard, and can definitely decrease the amount of time spent on certain projects. Paycom is constantly updating and striving to improve their system, and making sure their clients are updated on government policies.

Cons

Unfortunately the reporting system is limited and not exactly intuitive. There have been times when there was something incorrect in the coding that delayed certain projects. When we had an issue (pressing or not), there were times we didn't hear back from the customer support for a long time, even after follow - up emails/phone calls. The fees associated with certain procedures seemed a little steep as well, especially when compared to other payroll providers.

This is one of the easiest programs that I have come across for payroll management as well as other features such as monthly reviews

Cons

Sometimes it does not read your login and I find we have to reset them quite often even though we are typing in accurate information.

necessary features is available. Seems like all the necessary stuff is there . Easy to use and self explanatory. not need of an enormous of time to train every one.

limited time and space. Not sure if it is the app issue but maybe just the way it is set up for the users seems very limited.

Nice software with lots of flexibility but every function has a cost so it isn't really plug-in-play.

Pros

There are great features and reporting and lots of flexibility for user defined components.

Cons

Price is a bit much. There are lots of things you can do with it, but every little thing comes with a price. It doesn't work well with all enterprise systems, so you can make it work, but again, for a price.

### "Paycom for simplicity"

Pros

Paycom is great for web time card clocking features and payroll. We have many users using it for web time and requesting vacation time requests. It’s not too difficult to understand. Also the recent update to the mobile app made it easier for managers to approve requests and timesheets on the go.

Cons

Report writing would be a great feature to build custom reports.

### "Paycom excels for Employee Self-Service and Small HR Teams"

Our business evolves on a monthly basis and Paycom has assisted us in ease of changes. We have realized many benefits through employees taking charge of their self-service, most recently the new hire on boarding experience through Self-On boarding.

Pros

Paycom allows employees to take their data into their own hands (W4 changes, direct deposit, address changes and more) allowing HR teams to focus on more strategic initiatives for their business.

Cons

Some functionality does not fit our business model.

### "Useful and Friendly Log Recording"

While there is cons, I still like it. Is a great way to do my log records at my own comfort.

Pros

My company just switched to this software that we use to self log in and log out at work. Is much better than the one we used. If you are new, there is a tutorial how to navigate the system from punch in and out at work, during breaks and even if youare switching to a different department. It has notification from the company then you will be notified at the portal. You can review your records too. The punch ins are editable and can submitted just by one click and you will see approval from supervisor. Even vacation leaves can be requested there. Is much friendly to every staff.

Cons

Every time i log in it asks me of the security questions. If you are in a hurry and is almost late, it won't save you as you really need to answer the security question before you can access it. That is too much time consuming! If that is asked at least once or twice a month, could be way acceptable.

Overall I would recommend Paycom to others. I'm sure there is some fix for the couple of pain points that I have experienced which would be negated with further training or experience with the app.

Pros

It is an easy to use option that allows a geographic area for time punches to be set. All of our time off requests/PTO use can be managed through the app.

Cons

Even when users have always allow for location tracking on it asks at least once, if not 2-3 times per session to allow access. Also, tax documents are kind of in a hidden spot.

Pros

This device, when working was easy to clock in/out and account for time.

Cons

However the device can sometimes disconnect unexpectedly and then cause difficulty with clocking procedures requiring emails and requests for time corrections, and when "dinged" by management on multiple issues it gets frustrating to get in trouble due to instrument error.

### "Time Saver!!"

Pros

Paycom has saved me so much time. Employees use Paycom to punch in and out each day. We are able to utilize Paycom for training.

Cons

We have a complicated rotation for some of our employees and so far, have to manually enter their schedules rather than setting them up and loading them to the system to automatically recur.

The customer service cannot be outdone! Having a dedicated representative gives Paycom an upper hand with customer service.

The biggest downside is that, as an admin, you could give yourself access to modules that you weren't privy to.

Pros

TokenEx was able to implement this solution in record time without challenge. This complete HCM solution has given our company visibility and the ability manage areas of our business that require attention and detail - and we can do it from anywhere. The value compared to other solutions is not even fair.

Cons

The on-boarding component should be automated, but I think they've got an online form for this now. Problem solved.

Pros

We currently use Paycom for almost every aspect of our company. Our employees and users absolutely love the time keeping and expenses portions of the system as it is very user friendly and easy to follow. We also use it for all our Applicant Tracking needs and can easily empower our managers to look at their own pipelines and move candidates along as they see fit. Processing payroll is also a breeze and with all the improvements, payroll processing times have decreased by over 60%. Overall, fantastic product that I will always advocate for!

Cons

The only item that we struggle with is that HireRight does not offer drug screening.

does the job, has all payroll info, timecard management etc.

\* I am not the admin but just a user of this software. My feedback could potentially be about how our organization uses Paycom and not paycom itself... That being said, I am not a huge fan. It seems a bit clunky to navigate, clicking around several times to get anywhere. It seems to have lots of functionality that we do not use, therefore it would be nice to be able to remove those in order not to confuse those in search of something.

Overall i had no problem with Paycom, it was just the system we used daily for clocking in and out, as well as editing time cards, and checking pay stubs

Pros

I enjoyed using Paycom for the short time my company used it, before switching back to ADP. It was easy to use, navigate, and teach.

Cons

Some companies offer different types of discounts, and "coupons" with their service like ADP. I can get cheaper hotels, rental cars, discounts at restaurants all different types of perks.
