It's a wonderful HR and finance management system too. Provides easy to use employee self-service portal which helps employees manage their pay and benefits online. Cons With a high load of customers is kind of going slow on customer support. Probably should have more people on that team and train them extremely well. Accountant Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Implementation has been a nightmare!" May 18, 2018 3.0 Implementation team is young and inexperienced to the real world. The system lay out was done incorrectly and now reports generated by system is absolutely useless to the company. The answer was you can write what you want yourself. There was no communication when set up was done with how information from system is generated to allow THE CUSTOMER the choice of layout. Now have to do manual reporting to government agencies that did not have to do prior. I feel like we have dealt with a used car salesman. Watch your invoice - we have had some major billing issues, and after 3 payroll runs the bill is still incorrect and I have been waiting for days for an explanation of the delay in correction. Pros Ease/order of entry. Employee Side Sample Paystub nice feature. Package is pleasing to the eye. Proceed with caution! Cons Lack of system ability to generate and distribute payroll reports automatically. All the hidden costs that are not included in original quote. Slow response to issues. Recommended Push Reporting to automate reporting. Failed to mention push reporting does not allow bi-weekly reporting - the payroll here is BI-WEEKLY! Pros This product has many great features including an app that has full access to end of the year forms, internal hiring, requests for time off and PTO accruals, profile, and much more. Cons The app itself is somewhat clunky design, but given all that offers, it's a small cosmetic gripe. Cons Used as our HRM and LMS. It fell extremely short on both sides. Do not use this as an LMS. It is extremely difficult to perform simple tasks. We have since started using another platform as our LMS, which has been a breath of fresh air. One of our huge pain points was the inability to edit a quiz questions after it was assigned. The edits will only work for users assigned to the test going forward. It is important to have a safe and reliable and makes organization very easy! Pros I really like that this is easily accessible on a computer or phone. You can request days off, check your pay stubs, and complete other employment forms. It's nice that everything is stored in one place! As an admin, this makes it really easy for me to use and check in with my employers and keep all important and necessary documents in one place. Cons At times there are still some bugs with this product. It will glitch and/or delete things that my employers have inputted. I like that I could use my finger print to unlock the app. This is how I logged my hours every day for months and months at my old job as a teaching assistant. Cons I remember I had to be very careful about logging my hours during the correct time of day, it seemed a little finnicky. I recall it using 24 time instead of 12 hour time? April 6, 2022 5.0 I had a colleague that raved about this. So I looked into it and I’m so glad I did! Pros It handles my payroll and I don’t have to worry about it! I have to create contacts I don’t have time to worry about making sure my staff is handled and paid correctly. Takes all the worry out of payroll!!! Cons It was a little difficult to learn at first, but that’s probably me LOL! My team showed me how to set this up and with their assistance we had it up and running with no problem at all.
