Overall I have been pleased with . My main frustration lies in when I have an issue and need something resolved, they can't give me any concrete answers.

Pros

Very easy to navigate. There is a ton of functionality that I'm still learning how to use. They are always making updates to add to the robustness of the program.

Cons

There is some functionality that just doesn't work often enough, which can be frustrating. The applicant tracking function needs a lot of work in my opinion as well.

### "Aggressive Sales Team"

Pros

Once trained on the software it was fairly user-friendly and aesthetically it was nice to look at.

Cons

The sales consultant we worked with could be very aggressive at times. Customer support was lacking every time we encountered an issue it took 48 hours to be resolved.

### "Convenience at your fingers"

My overall experience with using has been very positive and has increased my knowledge of time clock as well as managing my work schedule.

Pros

What I like most about is the application which includes areas where I can clock in and clock out, track my pay stubs, and also attend online learning modules to increase my knowledge and health care.

Cons

There is nothing that I dislike about this software. It is very convenient for all essential healthcare workers and allows us to track our work hours in training all

They would not provide me with my last 941 package . we paid for this information and never received it . Then they wanted more money. I felt like they were holding my information hostage. This is so sad since I really liked their product but now would not recommend it

Pros

is an intuitive system, so new employees and supervisors get up to speed on it quickly. The company is responsive to client feedback. We have seen many improvements in the 5 years we have been using it. Customer support and our account rep are helpful and responsive.

Cons

Adding features beyond payroll and applicant tracking can get expensive because of the per employee per month fees for an organization where 90% of employees are part-time, and many are working only a few hours per week.

### "Good Business Software"

Overall, is a good software that will allow you to manage all your employee and payroll needs. You can monitor your pay stubs, track your PTO and submit PTO requests as an employee through Paycom. Fairly easy to use on a mobile device as well.

Pros

Allows you to track PTO, request time off, manage payroll and monitor pay stubs. It is a one stop shop for most of your payroll and employee needs. Pretty easy to navigate and find what you're looking for.

Cons

Making timecard/timesheet corrections can be time consuming because you have to do one at a time and watch the wheel spin a bit. They recently updated the pay stubs feature and you can't view all the pay stub data without some extra steps.

Pros

I love the that gives me the ability to customize my experience. The website is very user friendly and the customer support is friendly and quick to respond.

Cons

I have not found anything that I don't like about the system yet. The only thing that is not an option yet is to log in to the client side from the app on my phone. But this isn't necessarily a con because I can still login through the internet on my phone.

### "Good payroll and time management cloud based tool."

I am able to do everything pay roll and management related in one shot.

Pros

It is full of features such as time management, HR lessons, payroll and time approvals, as well as pay stub and financial information for you and your supervised employees.

Cons

It takes a significant amount of time to log in - you have to have a specialized password and respond to multiple challenge questions. Also, it takes time to get used to navigating the menus.

Pros

is consistently working on new updates. They have an online system that is seldom down. The login feature is user friendly.

Cons

The system technology and capability to process basic payroll schedules, and basic custom reports are extremely limited. The ATS system foes not retain a candidate pool of applicants that have applied and were booted out. There technology does not offer a 360 401k EDI file. There timecard can not total hours outside if payroll dates.

I like pretty much across the board. It’s user friendly and gives access to most needed records.

Pros

is fairly easy to use. I like having access to my paystubs, etc. I am overall pleased with it.

Cons

I find it inconvenient when manually posting a time entry. It has too many ways to post inaccurately. It could be improved there.

### "Pros/Cons of Paycom Software"

So far so good, it took a second to get used to the app but once I became familiar with it I learned to like it quite a bit.

Pros

Check in and out for the day is very quick and easy. Software rarely runs slow and you can view all your hours and personal information very easy. The app is very well organized and your rarely ever have to go on you actual computer to look at anything you are trying to check out.

Cons

You cannot make your own time changes in the software if you mess up clocking in. When you have to submit a punch change request, it is pretty confusing. It also makes someone else have to go in and correct that mistake which from our experience can be burdensome.

We have a long term relationship with of well over 15 years. Over that time, they have grown in their services and adjusted their products to meet our changing needs. We particularly appreciate the responsive customer service and willingness to adjust and/or customize to our specific company culture. We consider Paycom to be a reliable partner in our business.

Cons

The service we receive with has been excellent. I'm not aware of any pressing issues that need improvement.

was okay in scheduling, time reporting, time off planning, payroll administration but it did not work as well as the new product we use, Workday.

Pros

had a decent interface and did the same job as Workday but just was not as good .

I did not appreciate the slowness in working within it.

We have a much better handle on our employee cost after we converted to .

Pros

Our company did a fourth quarter conversion. The data was converted effortlessly on our part. The system is very user friendly and our employees enjoy the flexibility of accessing their data on a mobile device. The managers are extremely happy with the custom reports.

### "Very user friendly software"

Our company switched to two years ago ans I am very satisfied as the final user. This product is so much better than the one we have been using before. It is more modern looking and user friendly. Clocking in and out, requesting time off, etc is a breeze. Paycheck preview is a very nice touch.

Pros

I like the paycheck preview. You can adjust your benefits or taxes and see how that ultimately affects your final paycheck

Cons

The login can sometimes take way too long because the software does not allow for password to be remembered

Pros

It’s so easy to use. I use it for mostly clocking in and out and managing my expense reports. The time stamp option is the first thing that pops up after logging in, which is super handy. And the expense report option made it to where I finally don’t have to keep a bag of paper receipts to turn in at the end of the month.

Cons

Can’t really think of any, I’ve never had any issues with it

Very happy to strongly recommend . They have a great product, great customer care and at a very good value. We evaluated 10 other HRIS systems with Payroll and are glad we chose the right company.

Pros

Complete solution for growing companies with huge functionalities and a system to keep you out of trouble with all the HR and DOL rules etc. Superior customer support. We have been very happy with the very high level of customer support, training and systems work. I have not worked with a vendor before that had this high level of support. They really care and make sure you understand the product well and how to maximize the benefits. Other software vendors we've used for HR as well as other products had nowhere near this level of support.

Cons

Its a very good product. I just want the company to continue to prioritize upgrades based on customer feedback.

### "Love being able to see all my paystub info in one place"

Pros

The nonprofit I work for started using a few years ago. It has been a while and so I can't remember what we used previously, but I'm a fan of having all my paystub info info in one place. Plus, it's easy to submit vacation day requests.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the sign-in process. I get why they do it, but it's kind of a pain. In addition to the usual user name and password request, the login process has several questions I have to answer each and every time.

For small businesses this software is very affordable.

Pros

software is easy to use on both the employer and employee side. We enjoy the flexible options which allows us to pick and choose which programs our company will use, and we only have to pay for what we utilize. The customer service support is a great team of courteous people who truly care.

Cons

has great training videos that go over the software in depth. For quick reference it would be helpful if they incorporated some shorter, topic specific tutorials.
