Overall most of it is very easy to use . There should be a simpler scheduling method because it is was too time consuming to try and use

Pros

I like that it is very easy for my employees to send a request off and for me to easily receive it and approve or deny it .It is also very easy to fix time cards and view clock in and out times.

Cons

I don’t even use The scheduling part of this software. It makes no sense. Also the clock in time doesn’t match the time on my computer sometimes. Lags a little and I don’t like that it has seasonal employees not with the regular employees so approving time cards is a little tricky.

### "Paycom Service Review "

Paycom helps solve issues with accurately tracking accruals including PTO and vacation time. Paycom has also solved the issue with benefits enrollment. Enrolling in benefits is much simpler with Paycom.

Pros

Paycom is overall a very user friendly platform. The layout for Paycom is easy to follow and organized well. I like how the areas such as time clock, benefits, documents, etc. are separated so you don't have to search hard.

Cons

As someone who onboard/trains new hires, it is always a challenge to log in initially, reset password, and update the username. We always face challenges with this including being quickly locked out of the account.

Very professional and helpful team, extremely easy to use, great customization.

Pros

Ease of use, streamlined and automated processes, communications bridge between payroll system and benefits brokers.

Cons

It took a long time to set up, but, honestly, it was time well spent because it ensured that we customized it to our needs.

### "Paycom offers a lot of features"

While there are better options available, Paycom is a powerful suite that has been reliable and useful.

Pros

Paycom can do a lot of different things if its configured correctly. It offers some useful integrations and can make a lot of the workflow side of things easier.

Cons

There's a simple lack of fluidity to just about everything. The interface is inconsistent and shows signs of several incomplete re-skins. Jumping between sections is literally accomplished by logging into a completely different interface with different credentials.

My overall experience with Paycom is amazing! I've been using Paycom for about 8 years now and have never had an issue. I would recommend this software to anybody who needs to keep their employees records in order.

Pros

I like how easy it is to review my employees timecards. The setup is easy to use and never have to reach out for support. All the instructions I need can be found on the site. Creating PAFs are easy and I like that I can create them in batches. This saves me a lot of time!

Cons

There is nothing to complain about with Paycom. The interface is user friendly, I can find everything I need with a press of a button. This software make my life less stressful.

### "Goals review in Paycom"

I am satisfied with the current set of features.

Pros

The notifications and employee portal are all brilliant with good features but there are some improvements that can help everyone.

Cons

Say for example, I have 5 reportees and they enter their quarterly goals. What I see right now is that I have to manually view and approve each goal one by one - meaning I have to manually view and approve 100 goals. That is tedious !!! There is not a particular way to select all goals from a particular employee and approve them all at once. This option of selection of goals or leaves - to approve all at once can be a good option.

Pros

Internally it is very friendly and we excellent response time with our designated representative when issues arise. Highly recommend this product for these two important reasons!

Cons

Overall we are very happy but one consistent issue we have is our temps get confused with the language for adding their hours. We consistently have questions regarding what punch and punch pair mean. Only other recommendation we would have is for less steps and tasks for document management.

### "Paycom from a user perspective."

Training is on-demand and easily worked around my job responsibilities. Tax documents, current and previous, are always available. Benefits like 401k can be accessed and changed self-service style.

Pros

Paycom software is very easy to navigate through and the package is so comprehensive! Everything I need in a one-stop shop. Benefits, Payroll, Training..

Cons

I have used Paycom for more and more always increasing capabilities and have had zero problems with Paycom.

Paycom gives my company the look the feel of a large fortune 100 company with regards to online HR functionality. It was easy and quick to implement and is reliable with almost no latency.

Pros

Ease of use - everything I need is on one page, clearly defined. From the first time I logged in, It was very intuitive and I've almost never had to ask HR or a coworker for assistance.

Cons

It took me a little while to figure out how to edit and manage my hourly employees time cards in the system - however, that could be more a function of my companies limitations and restrictions.

As an employee it's a mixed bag, though it does get the job done.

Pros

Use across multiple devices is fun, the fingerprint integration with the mobile app makes logging in much easier, a lot of functionality in one place.

Cons

If your internet connection isn't amazing, the app can be a bit unreliable. It's tough to see when things save. The funtion for fixing punches is very unintuitive.

### "Switched to Paycom"

Pros

It served the purpose for managing my employees time cards, requests for time off etc... The training videos were helpful

Cons

I did not enjoy the process of approving "missed punches" it was very clunky in my opinion. It was also difficult to approve requests for time off. In Paycom's defense we just switched from another product so I was still in the learning curve so to speak.

As an employee, it is easy to use and see all of my benefits, pto, beneficiaries, etc. As a manager, very easy to use and make employee changes if needed.

Pros

Editing time cards is very easy for my employees. Also love that I am able to view my benefits package at any time. Also like that I can log in from anywhere if I need.

Cons

I have not found anything I don't like about the product.

Pros

Paycom has been one of the easiest implementation processes that I have had in my career in HR. Not only was their team super helpful and knowledgeable about the product, they made Envoy feel important as a client. Coming from a larger payroll vendor previously, we always felt like a small fish in a large pond when it came to the level of service we received. Paycom is a complete 180 from that. Their service is great no matter the ask.

Cons

I have not found anything that I truly dislike about Paycom. Products can always improve and I don't doubt that they are always trying to make their product better.

I like how once I was set up I never had to go back into the app or do anything at all. It is so simple and does a great job in tracking everything.

Cons

I never had any bad experiences with this software. If anything I would recommend it to anyone wanting to make their accounting easier.
