### "We recently transitioned from Paycom as our company is growing."

Pros

On-boarding functionality, electronic payroll actions for manager, electronic open enrollment for benefit selection.

Cons

Actions would happen in the software, traced back to a Paycom team member with little to no explanation, for example, a deduction code shutting off or getting deleted. The customer support team had a hard time explaining functionality and how to make the system work better for us. Not all of our benefit providers could have a direct feed set up with Paycom due to Paycoms restraints and the applicant tracking system was clunky and not intuitive to even know where a candidate was in the process.

Overall, I would never recommend this service to anyone. I have been actively campaigning our company to leave and go to another company that offers better service.

Pros

they give you a unique payroll specialist - see con Their software looks easy - see con You can have separate departments for each employee - see con They offer reports - see con

Cons

the specialist does nothing for you beyond reminding you to do it all their software is not user-friendly, some items require multiple screens to set up like garnishee. Don't ask the specialist to help. You can't set up your own departments and must submit it to be done. You can't have multiple properties and just a single department per employee their reporting system is not intuitive AND some reports are only available for a limited time, no history even

Ease of operation, great support, many options on the operation tailored to our business. Always friendly tech support

Cons

No real cons. Great addition to our business operation. Our growth from 1 employee to 90 in less then 5 years would have been hard to control with out Paycom

### "Excellent HRIS/Payroll Solution"

Our company implemented Paycom this past summer and it has made a world's difference for our HR department. The integrated onboarding solution alone has saved our HR department countless hours and the other modules we've implemented (i.e. benefits administration) have been great as well. The customer service that Paycom offers has also been impressive and a welcome change from what we were going through with our previous HRIS/payroll provider.

Pros

Customer service is excellent. Modules are customizable and flexible for our business.

Cons

Some modules, performance management, for example, wouldn't work for the way our company does our performance reviews.

Set up was easy and their customer service is excellent. We have a designated rep who answers his phone and responds quickly.

Pros

Ease of use and ease of set up. Purchasing was also very easy. Other companies were difficult to deal with during the buying process and that pushed us in another direction.

Cons

We are a small company and have no issues or complaints

### "Paycom for HR"

Paycom is a valuable tool for managing our time and pay.

Pros

Our HR uses Paycom to track and manage our time. As a user, the interface is easy and helps me view my paystubs, manage my hours worked, and put in PTO requests.

Cons

The software has never caused an issue that has made me dislike it. The only issues come from the way we have formatted the way time is viewed on PTO.

### "Could Be Simpler"

I need to spend more time with this website to see if the hassle of navigating it is worth the helpful features.

Pros

Having the app as an additional way to clock in is really useful. It's also great that you can adjust the rates for your different roles in one company when you clock in.

Cons

There are too many features placed in the design in a way that is confusing. The website/app could be a lot simpler and the features could be more streamlined.

### "Paycom Payroll software review"

Paycom is a reliable solution that has processed hundreds of payrolls and tax submissions for us over the years. It is a relief to know that payroll tax submission requirements are met automatically. The Paycom platform doesn't require a lot of my time and makes payroll processing easy and fast.

Pros

I have used Paycom's services since 2005. It is easy to use, requires minimal time from an administrative standpoint, allowing me to focus on my actual work.

Cons

I wish the report writing feature was more intuitive. There are so many detailed options it can be difficult to compile just a simple report.

### "AWFUL PAYROLL SYSTEM "

Pros

Absolutely nothing. There is nothing special or innovative about this software

Cons

The fact we have had the same payroll error were the system doesn't pull in employee raises 4 TIMES in a row and the problem is not fixed. They will constantly tell you X will fix the problem and then when it doesn't they act like you were stupid for trying what they told you to in the first place.

Pros

Ease of login and time clock use. It made it easy to clock in or out, if used properly.

Cons

Glitchy software made it difficult to track time. Kept changing our payroll periods by itself

### "Horrible Payroll System"

Horrible system that should not be used by anyone.

Pros

I have nothing positive to say about this software.

Cons

Our company started using this system last year and it has had multiple problems. These problems include: Not user friendly for medical field shift work (I had to change my shift to accommodate system so that the company would not have to pay me overtime). Took away holiday pay for 3rd shift workers. Did not keep up with PTO correctly. Did not withhold 401K contributions or apply company match, causing loss of time in market. Did not apply correct amount of 401K deduction.

While i'm still fairly new to using this app, I do feel it is user friendly. It's easy to navigate the platform, and everything is organized in a way in which it's simpler to find what you need.

Pros

This app is created for employees to be independent in managing how they get paid/ use their benefits, as well as general employment supervision. There are tutorials that help you figure out how to work the features of the app.

Cons

If your employer deems it necessary, they have the option to only allow access on their servers for certain features.

Paycom is mostly user friendly for both the administrator and the employees. It is easy to track employee paperwork and hours.

Pros

I love that I can onboard employees and have them complete all of their paperwork online without having to shuffle any actual paperwork. I can easily track what paperwork has been completed and what is outstanding.

Cons

We have employees that work in multiple departments which gets tricky when going to pay them correctly without the help of an administrator.

Pros

I wasn't too sure about Paycom when the company I worked for transitioned to it, but after a few weeks I realized how easy it was to use. I also enjoy Paycom because of the training checklists. It's a software that makes sure you know all the different features it provides, and that is very helpful. I also liked that it showed whether your time-off request was approved or not.

Cons

I wish it were possible to put in time off requests for time you would have off in the future, instead of continuing to show a 0.00 balance. But good software, overall.

Very straightforward tool that is easy to navigate through. Payroll, Direct Deposit, Benefits, Tax Forms all in one place.

Pros

Self service for employee base. Nice UI and user experience. It's easy to navigate. This product really reduces administrative work.

Cons

Honestly, there really isn't anything I don't like about the product. I've never once said, hmmm I wish paycom did something different. I am just a user.
