February 5, 2018 5.0 One specific area which Paycom has provided value to BIS is the Human Resources portion of the solution. Using modules like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Human Resources, BIS has been able to revolutionize the HR Department and its processes. Pros Prior to Paycom, the process of calculating, withholding, paying, and filing payroll taxes was time consuming and stressful. Having Paycom manage payroll taxes lessens this burden and liability. Cons Paycom frequently evolves and enhances their product, so the user must stay updated with all features and functionality. My company does not require Consultants to interact with the software beyond its basic functionalities, which again, it does quite well. August 19, 2021 5.0 Honestly, it's a great product. You can access all of your forms from onboarding to one on one goals to paycheck stubs. It really does have it all. Pros Ease of use, website navigation is clean, lots of options for multiple tasks (training, onboarding, sample checks, etc.) Cons Redirects from the main logon splash can cause issues sometimes with our firewall, though I think that's a firewall issue and not Paycom. Our employees can navigate through the system with ease. Software capabilities are excellent and have streamlined many processes. Our support is quick to respond to questions and concerns Cons Nothing comes to mind. Transition was fairly easy. Employees are able to retrieve paystub and historical tax documents. Cons Customer service and issue resolution has been extremely disappointing. File feeds were corrupted and took about 5 months to fix. My job keeps getting easier all the time. Pros The ease in which I can maneuver between areas in the website. When I am doing payroll I know that everything will be correct. From the employee view it is very straight forward and easy to use interface. Everything is labeled well and it is easy to find information. The client side is a little more clunky due to additional features. I think many of the features would be beneficial to use but it's difficult to learn how to utilize them. Pros Paycom serves its purpose both from the client side and employee side. Straightforward and easy to use, especially from the employee end. Easy to find help or answers within Paycom. Cons Client side is a bit clunky, I wish there was more tutorials or information to take advantage of some of the features. Pros Hopefully, getting rid of it! Nothing. It should it a great product....key word is should.. Cons Mainly customer support. Horrible!!! Not good at all. Reason for choosing Paycom I had a friend in the company and I owned the stock. I have since sold the stock. Run away...don't walk... Pros single data base system. Supervisor log in/access with ability to set specific parameters per user. Cons Time sheet rounding errors between detail and summary. ACA never worked correctly. Their people are top notch from sales through go-live, and I can say our Team felt like we received white glove service. Pros This software package is complete, easy to use, and is topped off with excellent customer service! We are proud to be a customer. Cons The on-boarding process moved very quickly - we would have preferred to fill out forms online based on our timelines. I believe they do this now, so problem solved!
