Self-service activity such as view payroll and benefit information generally works as expected. Pros Website and mobile app are fairly intuitive/easy to use. Mobile app has had refinements making it more suitable for devices. Company has shown a commitment towards continuing to improve the user experience. Cons While improved, mobile app continues to feel a bit clunky and includes sections/tabs which are not utilized by my organization, with no means to remove. Pros Nothing - The software itself isn't user friendly, is lacking in several areas (PTO, Offer Sending, Payroll ...) Cons Almost every single option. In all seriousness, this is the worst software I've used. I wouldn't recommend using the "Reviews" on most websites as I've realized almost all above 3 stars are from people that work or have worked in or directly with the organization. It has everything that an organization needs in order to track their employees attendance, schedules, time offs, payout, etc! Pros This app has everything that you need!! Affordability for non-profits. Training on the system is available when needed. Cons it needs more help with the system talking to each other. You can only edit the time in the read-only timesheet, which I think is inconvenient as this requires manager approval, even though this practice facilitates audits and accurate time reporting. I haven't had any real issues with the program since I started using it. Pros The software was easy to learn and is simple to use. I like the layout of the mobile app, especially, and how easy it is to check my hours each week and look at my past paystubs. It also keeps all my work documents in one place, which is super convenient. Cons I can't really think of anything I dislike about this program except for the first week, I couldn't really figure out how to confirm my hours for work, but once it was explained to me, I realized how simple it truly was. " July 13, 2017 5.0 Pros We have enjoyed utilizing the hiring/on boarding process the software offers. This allows us to keep all employee files online and secure with Paycom. Performance reviews are always difficult not only to track but to evaluate once they are finished. This software simplifies the entire process and even has built in calculators based on those reviews to guide you to a new compensation for each employee. There are many other features we use, and we still don't use everything. This is a very robust product that I would highly recommend. June 5, 2018 5.0 Pros Paycom's operates on a single database that's written in the same code - so the look and feel is exceptional. There are no issues with integrating the different modules and they all "speak" to each other in the same language. It's truly an all-in-one solution so you don't have to look elsewhere Cons Pricing is higher than other vendors, but they do not ever raise rates on current clients. Also, if you are from a niche industry and need specialized solutions - Paycom may not be for you since they do not integrate well with third party applications. Review Source KM Kris M. It offers payroll, benefits, reviews, and covers the spectrum of employment life cycles. Its integration with our benefots administrator is particularly convenient. Starting up we had a fair share of glitches but their team was didoicated and committed to seeing us through to a successful implementation/. We are very pleased with the product and would recommend to other mid sized non-profit organizations.
