" May 14, 2018 4.0 Pros I like that this is easy to use and allows me to clock in and out. I like that it can hold lot of my work information on it. It was easy to do my on-boarding through this software. Cons I do not like that it makes us answer security questions every time we log in. It is unnecessary. I also do not like that it makes us change our password so often. Our HR department has the capability to upload important documents that all employees can have access to. I thought it was a simple and easy-to-navigate tool for everything payroll related. A little outdated in visual appeal, but nonetheless, convenient. Pros The simplicity of navigating the website. I like the user interface/layout. The site provides one place many of the things payroll related. It has reduced the amount of time it takes to process payroll and has integrated with all of the other software systems we use. The time and attendance feature is very customizable and has allowed us to better track time at all of our sites. Cons The one thing that I like least about the software is that there is no pre notification for the direct deposits. While this makes the direct deposit active much quicker than waiting for notification, it also is essential that the information is correct. I only used it for things like paychecks and benefits but compared to other products in the HR space I found it difficult to use at times as an end user. It is nice to be able to switch direct deposit online, and to view tax statements and pay stubs online. Cons The forced password reset happens too often. It is user friendly for our employees. Cons It doesn't seem very user-friendly at an employer standpoint. It can be very confusing trying to set up and assign documents. With a single application, we were able to ease through pay periods without a hitch most every time. I had previously used a competing service at a prior employer and there were consistently problems each pay period. Paycom has none of these issues. Cons Nothing to complain about. As I have worked at companies with other applications in place, I can honestly say that this is the easiest, hassle free program I have used.
