Pros is easy to use, simple to navigate, and makes entering my time daily or weekly very fast. Super easy! Cons 's dashboard at times is repetitive and therefore hard to understand but overalli s easy to use and fast. There are a few learnings/changes that we can make but we are getting much more out of it than anticipated. Pros is an easy way to share company information and documentation with all employees, regardless of what shift they are working. It helps greatly with onboarding, tracking PTO/accruals, and checking status of payroll. I like that I can easily check documents, request time off, and open up paychecks. The app helps employees clock in/out easily Cons some of our document requirements do not apply to all employees so if we have a list of requirements and it one document does not apply to a specific employee (for example: insurance docs, exempt vs non-exempt documents, etc.) it shows as not having completed the requirements. I have no way of removing the requirement and every time I log in, it shows that I have not completed 100% of my required documents. I only use it for timesheets. Cons The web-based timesheet entry system is time consuming and frustratingly unfriendly. The user interface for the timesheets is poorly conceived and almost an afterthought. Junk. Customization is available at set up, so there aren't alot of programming fees, etc. If you are OK with the limitations, could be a good solution for you. Pros \- Customizable allows for customizable fields - Great tool for small business, because it is priced reasonably - Lots of modules that you can integrate or add on - Ability to add training and track employees who have used this system - Ability to do performance review in the system - Employees can view pay stubs, benefits elections, 401k through an easy interface Cons \- Has their own ATS, so they aren't willing to create interfaces with other systems - So customizable that some of the end processes are clunky and don't work well Review Source kW kathrena W. August 22, 2017 5.0 Pros is very user-friendly and offers coding flexibility that is key for non-profit fund accounting. I also think they have a very comprehensive and intuitive reporting suite. Paycom is easy to navigate. The customer support services is great. There is always someone there to help when you call in. They are patient in explaining the solution you need for your question. Paycom is continues to update and improve both the payroll and HR platforms. Cons We don't use it to track upcoming vacations or planned PTO. We have found that is unwieldy in this regard. Pros Easy to use (for administrators and employees), Easy to add features and implement full life cycle for candidates to employees Cons Transition was lengthy from old system to new system because of the amount of verifying information. It is something you only do once during implementation and there isn't an easier way to confirm all the data that was tranfered.
