### "SO User Friendly!"

Pros

My company recently started using and it has made a world of difference! They were great about getting our company acclimated with several video conferences to show us how to navigate the app and website. Also, the app is such an awesome tool! It's extremely user-friendly!

Cons

The only issue we have had was with the PTO request system. We're still trying to figure out the best way to utilize it.

Pros

It is very easy to use and self explanatory. Even though there is a lot of training available in , I have been able to learn how to use it without most of the training.

Cons

While doing a new hire checklist I had to go in the order the tasks were assigned and not able to just complete what I could. For example I was still trying to decide on my benefits, but couldn't sign off on anything else until I decided on the benefits

Extremely versatile many functions ideal for bigger companies especially for field agents/officers. You can get everything remotely

Cons

So versatile that its hard to navigate and prepare simple tasks. Does not communicate well with linked sites

### "I Really Like Paycom"

We like it. No issues.

Pros

It saves us time and hassle because our employees can do so much themselves. That equates to cost savings.

Cons

Sometimes I have to hunt for the right report. But, I only use it a few times per month, so it could be me...

Reason for choosing Paycom

The clincher was the single database. But, the training videos are a big plus too.

### "Very Good app but lot of room for improvement"

Its a one stop shop for all your payroll, HR and time management needs and definitely worth trying.

Pros

Organized all the features to maximize utility and we can get around the application pretty easily. Like the fact that company specific materials can be integrated into the system very nicely and doesnt take a lot of effort to do it.

Cons

Logging in with a password is sufficient. It feels like the additional SSN field doesnt really help with security. And the checklists sometime shows pending item even if there is nothing to complete. It can get a lil annoying.

Pros

The implementation process was an ease and I'm so glad we finally found a product that is able to grow with us. I love that we can have on-boarding, scheduling, time & attendance and payroll all in one place.

Cons

Some of the verbiage is hard to understand and I wish scheduling was a little more user friendly. It would be nice to have a printable schedule that was straight forward.

Pros

Much easier to request time-off online rather than through email. It has been much easier to keep track of pay stubs.

Cons

Cannot request time-off on blackout days. Must change password every couple of months. I understand frequent password changes are for security purposes but it makes it difficult to remember new passwords every few months.

It's okay overall. I think some of the site could use some updating or make it more personalized for the company you work for.

Pros

is an easy way to get any employee information, such as check stubs and work related forms. Also has an app, which is always handy.

Cons

The categories can sometimes be confusing. You may think what you are looking for would be in a specific category, only to find that its in a different one.

It is a simple to use and is a cost effective and efficient single source solution. Integrations were not needed

Cons

The implementation process is very fast paced. The sheer amount of information needed in a short period of time was difficult. They are very strict on their deadlines.

Pros

The resumes can be downloaded via desktop and smartphone, in case you're away from the office. The site/software keeps an automatic record of search history for convenience.

I have more time to focus on other parts of the business and no more stress for the payroll process.

Pros

I love the ease and functionality of the software. I spend a lot less time managing payroll now. The functionality allows a much quicker and more effective process. Before utilizing I dreaded the entire payroll process.

I haven’t experienced any issues with the software.

### "Typical veneer to an average application"

If you take a close look: 1) there's no link for support. 2) there's no information on the support number on the login page. 3) there's no chat/support capability.

Pros

Looks like all the other HR applications. Not necessarily a 'pro' feature, but at the very least, you won't get confused with the interface.

Cons

Login... UID + Password + security question + another security question. Why is bothering me three types for passwords? If they really wanted good security, they would institute two factor security instead of this antiquated multi-level password login.

I used for the first time in 2019 when my new job had me complete a portion of my own onboarding. The process was extremely easy to use and I didn't need any help from my company on instructions for completing.

### "The worst ever"

Customer service was horrible. When you finally decide you’ve had enough, they immediately close your account and won’t let you have access to your data.

Pros

Zero pros. I seriously can’t think of one good thing about it.

Cons

Not intuitive to use. They changed the interface frequently as well.

### "Work Pay App"

I was introduced to by my employer and use it daily to track my timesheets and benefits.

Pros

This software made it easier for me to keep track of my hours and benefits at work. I really like that I can request time off through it as well.

Cons

The security feature that uses your fingerprint seems a little invasive but I ended up using and it is actually 100 times faster and easier than using the 2 step verification.

Pros

I like how everything is laid out in a very visually pleasing, user-friendly way. Navigating through the platform is easy.

Cons

I do not like that management is the only ones who can contact tech support, and that past files can not be accessed and edited/updated.

### "Gets the job done, but could have more functions/information"

I like the option of putting time off through the app. It's nice that you can print multiple pay stubs at once.

Pros

It's easy to submit a time off request in , and it's easy to see Time Off and Hours summary. The app is easy to use, too, and is a nice addition.

Cons

The benefits and the pay rate sections aren't that great and don't show as much information as I'd like. That might be our organization's settings, though.

### "Okay platform, but could have better functionality"

Pros

For non-managers, everything is in one place. Easy to request time off, etc.

Cons

For managers, the client side is a different login. You can link it, but it always logs out and requires a new password. It is clunky in the way to approve time (too many steps). Could be a little more modern.

The software does a lot of things we don't need but understandably many businesses do. For us it is easy to navigate but as the functionality grows we may need to get more equipped with its features and use. The Con is more of us problem and not .
