Pros My favorite tool is the app that I downloaded on my phone. It makes it very easy to access and it is very simple to use. Pros It goes with most products, people, and groups that I've worked with, so ease of compatibility is there. July 12, 2018 5.0 Pros Ease of use, the level of security, the fact that I can use touch ID, it also makes it easy to not only export the file as a PDF but print as well which is extremely convenient. Cons I'm still new to this app and so far haven't had any cons I can see or think of. It's a really great and convenient app so far. Pros I like that I could access all my new hire documents right from my phone. Watching videos, taking quizzes, and uploading documents was easy. Cons The time sheet could be easier to read. January 15, 2019 2.0 Pros Easy to use, time clock accurate, ability to view pay stubs for multiple time periods, payments on time. Cons We used this time clock/payroll system at a very large practice. On one occurrence, we received the wrong amount for a paycheck and 200+ employees bank accounts were compromised. We got it near the end of my employment with a credit union but I was able to access it from my cell phone which is super handy! Pros It's very user friendly and easy on the eyes. I didn't have any issues with submissions or requesting time off. Cons The only thing I didn't like at the time was that when I was submitting requests for time off, I couldn't see if it was available or not. All HR functions centralized in one place is key. However, not familiar with competitors and how paycom stacks up. Cons There are truly no changes I would make to the current product. Very educational and easy to use" March 8, 2018 5.0 Pros I enjoy the ease of use and learning how to achieve so many different Human Resources Functions with such ease. The Paycom software has made time keeping, payroll, modifying benefits and more very easy and made everything easy to get everything in order and on track. I've also enjoyed the availability of the PayCom representatives when any sort of problems come arise. They are always available and rapidly respond with an answer to whatever the problem may be. Every company has it’s pros and cons, but I honestly haven’t had any issues or concerns with this company. November 14, 2014 1.0 As a business I was appalled at there incredible lack of customer service. I attempted to set-up service and submitted all paperwork and paid $200 set-up fee. Then I was e-mailed saying they had decided to require a pre-authorized wire transfer to run my payroll. I did not agree to this new term and they kept my $200 saying it was "non-refundable" even though they never set-up my first payroll. Stay away from this company... they are complete crooks! Adding time works well. I can view my paystubs and make changes to my information as well. There are features we don’t use yet like mileage tracking which is awesome Cons I don’t have any complaints as a user. It works great and is easy to use and setup on phones. Payroll and HR works very well and you are covered with the ACA. Cons The applicant tracking system is cumbersome and takes planning to make it work. I'm not sure what other features Paycom offers because that's what I use- but they are very easy to use. I would not recommend this product for any sized business. I cannot think of a positive function. Cons It is not user friendly, very old school - manual entry required. Changes made on 1 form that should feed to another do not. Manual and Paycom U do not teach or show everything you need to know. One of the worst payroll/HRIS systems I have ever used. So many malfunctions and finger pointing within the company as to why something failed. We have multiple companies connected and when we make acquisitions they should be setup the same. They have a mobile app that is limited. Applicant tracking is available. A lot of videos for training. Cons Reports are challenging Customer support and fielding is poor Ability to get labor reports are limited to check dates and limits your ability to get detailed labor.
