I have no negatives with PayCom. Their customer service is better than any other that I have experienced.

Pros

Customer Service is the best that I have experienced. They go above and beyond to make sure that your payroll is correct and on time.

Overall, the experience was great. It was easy to use and the platform was simple.

Pros

I've used this in the past and overall it was a great product. I liked the most how simple the platform is.

Cons

I was not a huge fan of easy it is to get locked out of the site. You only have a couple of attempts at your password.

It was fine. I used it as an employee at a former job.

Pros

Easy to use, comprehensive “Paycom University” tutorial upon sign-up.

Cons

Honestly, there were no drawbacks to it, though I don’t know about customer support or pricing. I always went through the company HR department for help.

Paycom has been great. From the transition from our old processing company to Paycom they have always been willing to help and ensure we have what we need. I think it is essential to have a great payroll specialist after you go live or you can be given the run around about issues.

Paycom is basic and easy to use. You really need minimal training to use this system.

Cons

Paycom is basic and if you are trying to obtain complex reporting, it may not be the system to use.

The paycom software has many features and functions that allow you to move thru the system and search past pay stubs, benefits, medical/dental information.

Cons

Viewing time requests off either for vacation, sick, general holiday etc.. in paycom is not easy to read.

Pros

There was a time when we had to use this to log in and out everyday to track our hours, and it was easy enough to keep track of that plus manage our paystubs.

Cons

While I appreciated the security measures, having to enter your pin AND password each time you logged in became slightly annoying.

Pros

Easy Interface for User. Even first time user can find the options they required. Also, various permissions can be given to the user depending on level.

Cons

Login process is difficult since it requires three fields Also, it asks for last 4 digit of ssn so thats not secured.

is a reliable , makes work more enjoyable. Software is user friendly, You simply click on pieces of the report that you want and it does the rest.

Cons

I do not have disadvantages to mention at the moment. Hopefully , paycom will keep up a good work in the future.

Super secured it takes me 5 minutes to log-in with question that no one remember the answer. So i think its impossible the hacker break my account. haha

Cons

Exaggerated secure system, but its alright to have secured account. I didn't see anything cons here.
