Cons

Additional fees for add on features. I would like them to bundle the features rather than tacking on additional charges.

I use this for work and I’ve never had any issues using it.

Pros

Very easy to set up and use. I use it for work and payments and have never had an issue with using it.

Cons

There is nothing that I do not like about this software. It’s very easy to set up and get started for payments.

Pros

I like it because we can set up anything with HR from the website or the phone app. It's really easy to use and accessible.

Cons

Sometimes I have some alert for things that I already did, but I don't have anything to say other than that.

### "Works but lacking in features"

Pros

I was able to view my paystubs and info relatively conveniently

Cons

With login issues, you have to contact your administrator (rather than just resetting your password). Website is also hard to navigate (beyond the most basic pages you expect to visit)

I had a salesperson who was very caring and he still stops by now and then to check in on me. The transition specialist actually sat with me to process the first payroll in the new system. The only odd thing about Paycom is that there are two log ins for people who supervise others. There is the client (supervisor) username and password and then an employee side username and password. This causes a lot of issues for some reason and I'm constantly resetting passwords for people. There a way just to toggle from one side to the other once you log into one, so I've never had a password issue personally since I log in the same way every time and just toggle to the other side once I'm in the system. Also, rolling over insurance plans is a bit of a pain that you have to go through at the end of each year, but it's necessary for the ACA reporting. Pulling reports in the system is very user friendly.

Pros

Performance management and employee management is one of the best feature.It automated the all the resources and data to efficiently work the payroll.The time sync is also one good feature.

Cons

It becomes quite outdated and requires some updates in processing area

I feel that our company is able to streamline the process of clocking in/out, PTO requests, etc. easier with Paycom.

Pros

We recently switched over from another system which was often hard to navigate, enter PTO requests, etc. Paycom has already proven to be far more user friendly, very self explanatory, and makes the process of approving time cards, putting in requests and more very simple.

Cons

While I would not say it was a major con, there was a lot of information, "tests", etc. required during the onboarding process. That could have however been something implemented within our company.

I used this software for all bill paying within my company in my role as Operations Manager. It was easy to fill out the data, upload attachments and approve for payment!

Pros

I liked the ease of filling out and tracking my invoices for bill paying. It was also easy to upload invoices and attach to bills.

Cons

It took some navigating around and calling customer service at first to learn all the ins and outs of this software but once you learn how to navigate all the features, you learn to love all the capabilities this software offers!

Pros

Easy to use. Can see all your taxes, income, time off request, etc. Everything you need is right there as soon as you are logged in.

Cons

I have very little con. Only thing is when you request time off, wish the program send an email to your manager for approval and sent you a message saying time off approved.

Overall, it is a good product

Pros

It is basically a one stop place for all HR and payroll processes. From one interface I can clock in/out, request timeoff, get reimbursed for milage.

Cons

Logging in to clock in or out can be cumbersome. As administrative staff, I still have to pick my department and task, even though this never changes for me.

Pros

Exclusively used the self-service portal for viewing pay stubs and HR info.

Cons

I have used other payroll softwares for viewing payroll and HR info that have been more intuitive, and easier to find, understand, work with, and update information- thinking of iSolved.

### "Like A Mini HR Department Suite"

Pros

We've been using Paycom with one of our spin off companies for some time now and have been happy with the performance. It took some time to hone in on one platform given the number of options out there on the market. Our current software for our parent company is good but still has certain things we don't like about it. Now our spin off company has been rocking with Paycom, we may have to make the switch across the board!

Cons

While I don't personally utilize this software on a daily basis, our office gal that does had a few areas she found difficult to transition to. Still, Paycom provided us with excellent customer support and all is going well now.

I have used Paycom in three different companies (replaced ADP with Paycom) and it was like night and day! The Sales team is fantastic and the Implementation team second to none!

Pros

The functionality, how user-friendly it is and the fact that it is cloud based. Their Customer Service is the best! One of the customer rep. was amazing during implementation!! She was available 24/7!

Cons

They only CON I see is perhaps they Need to work a bit on the Performance management system. Other than that, I don't see any cons.

### "Nice User Experience (Previous User of Paychex)"

Pros

We used to use Paychex for payroll support and recently switched to Paycom. As opposed to Paychex, it is more intuitive and flows better. I can't speak from a support perspective but the end user experience is more than satisfactory.

Cons

There's not many complaints I have, but changing the user's default login name is not easily accessed or intuitive. It says you can do it, and I'm sure you can, but that part wound up not being worth the effort.

Pros

I like that the software is user friendly and accessible in all formats (computer and phone). I can access it anytime I want or need it.

Cons

The use of military time for clocking out can sometimes be cumbersome , but overall the program is user friendly and easy to work with.
