It’s been great! I can find everything I need easily. It’s much easier than trying to use a normal website

Pros

Easy Interface for User. Even first time user can find the options they required. Also, various permissions can be given to the user depending on level.

Cons

Login process is difficult since it requires three fields Also, it asks for last 4 digit of ssn so thats not secured.

Pros

is a reliable , makes work more enjoyable. Software is user friendly, You simply click on pieces of the report that you want and it does the rest.

Cons

I do not have disadvantages to mention at the moment. Hopefully , paycom will keep up a good work in the future.

Pros

Super secured it takes me 5 minutes to log-in with question that no one remember the answer. So i think its impossible the hacker break my account. haha

Cons

Exaggerated secure system, but its alright to have secured account. I didn't see anything cons here.

Demand internet connection but all is functional and manageable.

Limited functionality, not flexible and very rigid.

Paycom is very easy to navigate. The layout is wonderful and allows you to easily find exactly what you are looking for with very little need to spend time searching.

Cons

I have not found anything that I have not liked about Paycom.
