When I had questions previously, I never spoke to the same person twice and they always had to transfer me when I needed help with different products, but not with . I love everything about the system, especially the employee self-service. When my employees need their pay stub or W-2 information, they can access easily. Pros I love the functionality and ease of use for both user and employee. This is first time that we've had W-2's electronically on employees login! Cons Reports are a bit more difficult, as are schedules. For reports, we need more of a complex custom labor reports. Schedules need some enhancement. Cost this payroll administrator her job.... beware.... Pros This software has lots of features such as the ability for employees to log in on a managers phone when working remote events and the ability to upload various types of misc compensation without having to key it in each payroll period. Cons VERY VERY complex - payroll should not be this difficult. HUGE learning curve for payroll administrators. I enjoy Paycom. Pros My work uses and so my pros are somewhat limited as I do not access this frequently enough to gain a formal opinion. I like it as a user but I would not sing it's praises necessarily :) It gets the job done and it's helpful that there is an app. Cons doesn't have many cons - the app can be a bit slow but I understand that I am processing a lot within the app when I try to take time off or check pay stubs- so I wouldn't use that against it. Pros The fact that has it has its own app is helpful and convenient. It saves time by allowing you to clock in without accessing a laptop or desktop computer.
