Pros Tremendous Human Resources tool at a fair price. Keep track of everything from talent acquisition, time and labor management, and payroll, all in one application. Cons I would like to see a few minor changes like dropdown menus and quick links utilized more. Stuff to simplify navigating the software. Love the fast response for payroll. Love seeing my paycheck and keeping all my W2's together and organized for tax purposes. Great software! Pros That you can sample your paycheck so you can add or reduce allowances, this way you can see if you are paying too much or not enough in taxes. I love how easy it is to submit a W2, tax information, and weekly schedule. The support team was MUCH better than anything you'll get from ADP. Cons We had to abandon this because of differential shifts. Meaning we have a 3rd shift that starts at 10pm Sunday night and clocks out at 6am Monday morning. Paycom couldn't handle the date change and ended up reflecting as two work days. December 13, 2017 5.0 Pros I was able to do all my onboarding before day 1. The app makes it extremely easy to do everything from my phone as well. Work Schedules, benefits, pay stubs, etc. Cons There were a few small glitches in the actual filling out of the benefits forms, but that was quickly resolved. Pros Easy to use and navigate to find new hire documents, edit my personal information (mailing address , contact phones, etc.), easy to print out my timecards. Cons I could not easily find my W2s, and had to contact the HR department for guidance on where they were located on paycom. Simple to view pay stub or request PTO. Pros Paycom has been super easy to use in the few months since starting with it. I love that it has an easy to use app and login. My employer had a manual system before switching to Paycom. Ever since the switch, it has made everything more reliable and faster.
