Pros

Super secured it takes me 5 minutes to log-in with question that no one remember the answer. So i think its impossible the hacker break my account. haha

Cons

Exaggerated secure system, but its alright to have secured account. I didn't see anything cons here.

Pros

Paycom is good in payroll online, always update all employees time in and out, no hassle to use this because its easy to use.

Cons

Demand internet connection but all is functional and manageable.

Pros

Have a customized reporting tools, easy to access paychecks, easy to understand all terms and easy to use.

Cons

Limited functionality, not flexible and very rigid.

Pros

Paycom is very easy to navigate. The layout is wonderful and allows you to easily find exactly what you are looking for with very little need to spend time searching.

Cons

I have not found anything that I have not liked about Paycom.
