The customer support has been fantastic. Any and all questions are answered immediately. The training/onboarding is thorough, we have weekly prescheduled meetings to make sure all hiccups are addressed.

Pros

I like that the steps are streamlined. There is a flow to follow to accomplish what you want. I am saving 100k from my previous platform! It is unbelievable.

Cons

It was a whole new platform for us. I didn't get full access until we started training, so it was a lot to learn all at once. It was a little overwhelming.

has great customer support, and it has a very Userfriendly interface design. We never experienced any bugs, and access is available all the time even with mobile, which is a ease of use format that we like to use for PTO approval etc.

There is so many layers if your not an expert you dont know what your missing. There isn't a beta site to do testing on.

Overall, I enjoy using and feel like it simplifies and organizes so much information that is key in HR. Once you get specific areas set up for automation, it is such a timesaver and value as mentioned. Anytime I have had any issues, the support team is always available.

What I like is the efficiency that it provides for my daily HR tasks. Having automation allows for additional time to focus on other department goals. I also like the iWant feature.

Cons

I think that at times there is too much and that it can be confusing when trying to navigate without any prior experience. I think it may need to be streamlined further.

It's been positive. I like most of the system and appreciate that they take feedback and are constantly striving to improve the system.

Pros

The customer service. I enjoy having a dedicated account rep and I have several people who are available to me for questions or if an issue should arise.

Cons

Some aspects aren't intuitive - like the ATS - should be able to edit jobs as you post. I also don't understand the lack of ability to get an invoice.

It very easy to sign in and get started. The app was easy to navigate and allowed me to view my timesheets and paystubs very easily.

Pros

was very easy to use and navigate. It was convenient to use from anywhere on mobile. I could approve my timesheet and correct timestamps while on the go.

There were several times that the server would be down which made it impossible to get anything done.

Your success with us is totally tied to our account specialist. I rate my service level at a 10. The Manager On-the-go and employee portals are user friendly. Processing payroll is a breeze with Beti. The report module is one of the better report systems in the industry which makes our HR job easy. The training provided through webinars is very helpful.

Pros

Dedicated account rep customer service is top notch. The payroll processing module is designed well and makes payroll simple. Easy employee management. The benefits module is worth every penny.

Cons

2024 system was programmer heavy and IT mentality, not HR end user mentality. The Help menu needs better search options and the subject organization needs improved by category

Processing payroll in the payroll grid was very easy. I was able to process a payroll with no training or instructions.

Cons

The need for a Position and a Position Seat. Data would easily be contradictory at time because the data would be different between the position and the position seat. For example, the position might say someone is hourly, but the position seat might say they are salaried.

We've been using for two years end of next month, and so far have had a really positive experience. Overall it has helped us streamline processes to have everything housed in a single system. I'm impressed with the constant updates and improvements.

The system is user friendly for employees and managers to complete tasks. I love how much can be accomplished through the app as that increases employee usage.

I wish there was more filter customization for reporting. Being able to build complex and/or logic would make my reporting a lot more accurate and streamlined.

I like that if I ever need help, I can call and my go-to can help me with any issue and if she is not available, someone on her team will jump and help me too. Great customer service!

Cons

I am not fond of University. If you need to look up anything, there is so much information that it takes a bit to get your answer and sometimes I don't have time to burn ready all of the manuals. That is when I call our rep and get an answer.

My experience with did not begin until it was time to process payment for services. The method of payment request was not professional or in line with normal business standards.

Pros

Easy navigation on both desktop and mobile devices. Logical design layout. I like being able to view my paystubs before payday. It is also very easy to update banking information for direct deposits. The pay calculator is great as well!

Cons

I was not impressed with the method of request for payment processing by our salesperson. The request was deceptive.

The only thing that I do not like about is the ala cart pricing model that they use. At some points it feels like the nickel and dime you over certain things.

I love and I tell everyone I can about them. I even told my Son-in-law in Wisconsin, who is part of a large company design team, to check them out. His company creates software for hospitals and they are looking at incorporating an HRIS system with their designs. I told him to give you all a call.

is user friendly and has the best support team of any company I have experienced. They are constantly evolving to accommodate their customer and striving to make things better every day.

Cons

Sometimes, with change, there are growing pains. I will say that they are always so eager to listen and help rectify the issue when it arises.
