Wonderful. I love all the features Paycom offers and the ability to keep everything in one place. Its a very user friendly system.

Pros

The ability to self-onboard, keep all documents on Paycom so I am able to do away with paper charts. The ability to put schedules, documents due and education on the app and the approve my checks. I love everything about it.

Cons

Just minor things such as the ACA tracking, it has about 4 places it has to be in on a profile and I try to keep up with them all. The other thing was some things were not able to be customized or changed. We have PRN available for RNs but there isn't a way to have that as selection, its either full, part or seasonal. We technically do not have that. There a few little things here and there.

They just didn't offer as much as Paycom did and the Paycom design is more modern and up to date and that was a good quality too.

They've handled our payroll, ACA, garnishments, benefits, etc. for eleven years now and from top to bottom the experience has been wonderful. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and willing to assist in a friendly, caring manner.

Pros

Having a dedicated and knowledgeable specialist in our corner. They always take the time to know our businesses needs and respond in a timely fashion with the best solution every time.

Cons

So many services offered. They're wonderful, but we haven't even touched the tip of the iceberg.

### "Great for Recruiting "

Great tool for recruiting as it also works hand in hand with other platforms that we use as well. Paycom also has multiple features that have helped simplify recruiting as well.

Pros

Paycom is easy to navigate but most importantly the support is always there even if I have the smallest question.

Cons

They have a few tasks that I wish we can complete in one motion when it comes to recruiting but like anything else it will hopefully come in due time

We had a great experience - from the initial setup to daily use, we've had support every step of the way. We appreciated the integration of all the features, making it easier for us to manage personnel, timekeeping, and payroll tasks all on one platform.

Pros

I like the integrated platform with new-hire onboarding, timekeeping, and payroll all in one complete package. It makes my life easier.

Cons

It has so many features, it can be hard for a small nonprofit like us to navigate. I'm sure this will get easier over time. Thankfully, we get excellent support from Paycom and they will walk us through it when needed. The good news is, whatever feature we might want, it's in there.

Easy to use and convenient when it worked properly. Late clock ins have been a result to lagging but it was not a daily occurrence.

Pros

Easy to use format and easy to find categories for clocking in and time review, convenient clock in and out on mobile device.

Cons

Bugs and issues with attempting to clock in/out. The software often lagged then did not register clock in/out so it would need to be done another time.

### "Paycom is easy to use"

I would say 8/10 because it has the features that I need to do my job. I use the expense feature all the time and the client portal.

Pros

I like that it's easy to use. From the employee side, it's easy to navigate where to fill in my time card

Cons

The customer support. We have a designated rep but when I call if she's not available, I get a rep who gives me the wrong answer. I would prefer to wait.

It has been great. A lot of information to learn with how expansive the system is but zero complaints.

The ease of how the system communicates within the modules. It is very intuitive and makes payroll simple.

Not being able to edit timecards, we have retired teachers that are not tech savvy so that can be a bit of a process to ensure their times are correct.

Good! Outside of the app glitches it has been user friendly and straightforward. Paycheck approval is easy as well.

Pros

Ease of customization. I can change the homepage in the app to be what I want like my clock in and clock out page.

Cons

When I have bad internet or are switching networks, the app glitches and I have to close out completely before I reopen.

Overall it has been ok. It does what its supposed too. Like any thing else i wish there was improvement but it is easy to use.

I live that i dont have to use a machine just a computer or phone to enter things in. I like that my tax documents are also there

Cons

I like the least that its too time consuming when entering punches. The phone version also doesnt work as great as the web version.

Overall a good platform with multiple modules that integrate well with each other. You'll never find the perfect system, and although Paycom doesn't necessarily excel at everything, it does most things very well.

Pros

Onboarding and training is integrated with payroll system which ensures accurate and up-to-date employee information.

Cons

Certain areas of the platform have limited feature sets and there is not always as much customizability as I would like.

Overall experience with Paycom was great as an LMS. I found it easy to learn. There were many support materials to learn the software.

Pros

The LMS was intuitive, easy to learn, and robust. Online courses were easy to access for hte users.

Cons

It did not offer artificial Intelligence when I used the software. I would of liked the AI feature while developing training courses to improve the turnaround time to handle text to speech, auto generation of assessment questions and summaries, etc

Payroll, which is usually time-consuming and the time keeping which is another process is now incredibly efficient thanks to Paycom's automated tools and real-time data validation.

Really wish there was a home page to house company info, docs, announcements, etc. There are also some clunky processes that could flow and connect a bit better (attendance and time connection, performance management).

We have been with them a long time and have went through many reps over the years. They have greatly improved over the years. It does take time for them to update with new tax laws that go into place.

Paycom allows us to process payroll faster. It also has the capwbility to help with new hire background checkd and onboarding.

Sometimes customer service with paycom is not the best. Response time is slow depending on your rep.

I just started learning how to do payroll with PayCom and it is not too bad. Clocking in and time management is easy to work with as well.

Pros

What I like about most about PayCom is the constant notifications of things that need to me done with payroll as well as the ease of contacting someone from PayCom when I need help.

Cons

There is just a lot going on especially when dealing with payroll. Overall that just comes with getting to know the platform and figuring out what/how everything works.

I do not like the recruiting center. I find looking through applicants clunky and slow. When we have hired directly from the dashboard it has not been very smooth.

Pros

From an employee perspective, I find Paycom easy to use and easy to learn. I've not worked with it prior to my current company, but I'm able to communicate and make requests of my supervisor with ease. I can also quickly approve my check and view my tax information.

Cons

There is nothing I specifically dislike; my company has it set up to clock in/out with specificity which is good and bad. Good because they can keep track of how much people are working and slightly annoying when I clock 39.99 hours instead of 40 (not that the reporting really changes my pay, just a personal pet peeve).
