Pros

I really appreciate having an app that has all of my scheduling, payroll, and tax information in one place. Everything is laid out well and seems intuitive.

Cons

It's a little too easy to accidentally choose the wrong punch type.

### "Would Choose Paycom All Over Again!"

has helped our small business in big ways. It comes down to trust and I've learned I can trust Paycom with our payroll and payroll taxes. This is huge. We are relatively new to Paycom (approx. 3 years) and I'm still learning all that the site offers in reports and processes. Very impressed with the product, but mostly the people. Paycom associates are always professional and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer they will find out and follow up. I have very much enjoyed working with \[sensitive content hidden\] (when we first joined Paycom) and \[sensitive content hidden\] (who is currently our contact).

Pros

associates have always been able to help me. If they don't know the answer they are able to find it quickly. They are always helpful and professional. Mostly, I can trust Paycom.

Cons

It's complex with all they offer. This is both a positive and a negative.

Not horrible but not for us being a larger company at the time.

Pros

The initial user interface is pretty easy to navigate

Cons

The system for us was a little to clunky in how it performed. We had some errors happen upon launch that caused some issues with W2's etc.

At times there are difficulties in navigating where to locate employment information.

I really like the knowledgeable support team.

Cons

On crunch time (payroll submission time), it takes time to connect with someone. Maybe a lot of people calling in.

Absolutely awesome! Switching from our last payroll provider was a no brainer. Payroll, HR, Benefits, are easily managed and accessible.

Pros

It does take some time and meetings to learn the system fully

I took over payroll without much training and has always helped me with all my questions and payroll.

Pros

They are always there to help. They walk me through step by step.

Cons

n/a at this time. If i had to come up with something, it would have to be when I have to wait for someone on my team to return my phone call while trying to get payroll done before deadline.

Pros

The payroll system is highly efficient. It minimizes errors with automated processes. Employees are able to manage their own HR tasks, like clocking in, submitting timesheets, enrolling benefits, and viewing pay stubs.

Cons

Limited Customization options. It has many features, there are limitations in how much users can tailor the system to their unique business needs.

Fantastic! I love being able to review my timecard for each shift. I can see how much PTO I have, do assigned trainings for my company and even see my tax info/W2s super easily without having to wait for the mail to come
