It worked well for its intended purpose! Pros Easy to start using and it is free! I didn't set this up but I was a user and it worked as we need it. Cons Really it is like other conference call options. Phone calls with too many people are just awful. They cannot fix that. I have no real complaints. My use typically relates to sharing my screen for PowerPoint/Webinar purposes. The concept of having your own Online Room is different than other online meeting software, but ones you get the hang of it, it makes sense. The built-in toolbar for Outlook makes it easy to schedule meetings and add them directly to the calendar. Cons The 'FreeConferenceCall' name seems a little cheap, like if you're a big company it's not serious. Voices are heard but faces are not seen. They have speak their names. This is a very good way we can have meetings because some do not have zoom. Pros This was easy for all the staff/members to call in and not leave home or their jobs. Cons Some staff/members/were not able to use their phone due to their carrier. They could not call in. Pros The available features are on par with solutions that would cost much more. The option to use the desktop, web or mobile app make this an even more flexible solution. The plugin for Google calendar also makes scheduling meetings and sending mass invites a breeze. Cons There isn't much to complain about when using a free option. Cons Not all phone plans are accepted. There are some people that cannot call in, therefore we have to do three way calling so that they can be a part of our conferences. I had one call where one of the attendees had a muffled voice but after checking into it I think he was having issues with his phone, not FreeConferenceCall.com Pros It is free so it is hard to beat the value since there is no cost involved. Also, the quality is great so just because it is a free service the user is not sacrificing quality. Cons As a business person, I prefer not to advertise that I use a "free" service. Use was simple and reliable. Pros The product is easy to use and we have always had crisp, clear audio. When our non-profit did not have the funds to pay for a sophisticated conference line, this helped provide a way for calls with donors, board members and other organizations free of charge. Highly recommend! Cons I never had a need for additional functionality beyond what this line provided. We had no user or participant complaints after years of using. March 30, 2018 4.0 It allows our sales team to interact with each other to get vital information without me having to call each one or set up a different schedule to disseminate. It's also great for them to be able to interact no matter where they are. Pros I like that participants can dial in from their phones to a regular phone line (not an 800 number) and be connected. I also like that as the call moderator, I can determine who can or cannot be on the call and restrict that access. It's also good to have the reports after the call is over on who attended so we can follow-up or reschedule for another call. Cons I don't really have anything I like least about the software. I just need to make sure that I remember to record the calls. This has been a great service to my business and my personal life. Pros I like that we don't need to pay for long distance calls. I can chat with one person or a whole group at once. It is great for business conferences, as well as for teaching students. I like that you can record the calls.
