Also the ease of adding material to incoming and outgoing tickets is a blessing. Cons That it is internet based. The system is down a little to much between the internet on our end and the server on their end. Also when merging customers, you lose information. If i have a problem they are either available or get back to me in 15 min or less. I've had very few issues with it since we started and it was mostly learning. Cons I wish I could put weights in without having to hit "enter weight manually" each weight. The staff and their patience with us is a definite pro. They bent over backward to make sure that everything was what we expected it to be. Can't say enough about this company. they work their hardest to make their software is the ABSOLUTE BEST there is. Hands down the only way to go if your in recycling. Cons I can't complain...change is never easy, but once you get it all set up for your type of business, I promise your going to love the software. Just be patient and let them know of any issues that need to be address and they will fix them. Also , I didnt realize at first how much information you can pull out from running all the various reports on the inventory end, being able to track how much copper, brass and wire I sold at the end of each month or quarterly is awesome. Cons There are only some real minor tweaks that I would like to see that would be specific to my business. It would be nice to have your only logo print on the receipts. Cons Sometimes the prices aren't as accurate as I would like, but that seems to be improving.
