Organization, mobile, integration with Quickbooks

Pros

It's always improving. Easy to use. Has come a long away since we signed up I believe over 3 years ago.

Cons

Lately has been harder to get a hold of customer support. Usually to chance something you have to go to more then one place.

Pros

Very user friendly. It's tracking features are great. It's nice to be able to see where the job is and where the technicians are on the road.

Cons

A little expensive. Having to pay for every user adds up. The other thing we would like to see is the proposal feature changing so we can have saved standard proposals (this is something we have been asking for for over a year). the last time I called I was reassured it would be released in August 2017.

We have less paper and can share information in the field.

Pros

That the guys can see changes in the feild

Cons

Can't change invoicing dates, does not take into account that Canada no longer has pennies and we round up or down, field staff can't erase and item if they make an error

I have to sign in and out a bit a lot it doesn’t have a thumbprint for my iPhoneBut my overall experience I would stay with razor sync.

Pros

That I can Save locations times it timestamps the locations of jobs that I have to go to it holds the address so I can get the GPS

### "Easy to use and a great orgainizational tool"

Pros

The search tool is very easy to use, I like that you can easily search for anything within the date base and its not just by name. I do like the layout overall, it has good user abilities.

Cons

When I go through the scheduling I run into problems with continuation, It starts you back to today's date the minute you choose a single customer. For the purpose of my position this is time consuming and frustrating. Also the color green is not my favorite.

Pros

The ability to create requests and work orders off line and it being able to sync once internet connection is established

Cons

Having to force a sync when tech are out in the field to get new requests that come in throughout the day and that an incomplete ticket does not carry over the next day.

Pros

I did not choose this product. I do like that it’s mobile.

Syncing with system can take a while when working in building with poor internet service. The system works well to keep track of our jobs though.

Pros

Able to track our jobs. Assign work and appointments.

Cons

Does not have a search bar for field use. When you pull down too far on the screen, the system syncs by itself

The UI is user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

There are many options for reporting but, for someone who bills outside of the system, it can be hard to gather the information necessary for billing without running multiple reports and tracking down information in various ways.

### "The Best!!!"

I would recommend this software/app to anyone who owns a business. I have a company in HVAC and i can schedule all my calls from my phone, tablet or at my computer. the system is great for many things and is probably the easiest thing about my business.Never once has it crashed on me. I don"t have to worry about remembering appointment time for RZ gives to the ability to create reminders for you and your customers to let them know when there next service/maintenance is. The staff at RZ is very polite and easy to deal with as well. there customer service is top notch and I wouldn't have it any other way. On top of all that there programs are very affordable. This company has a customer for life!!!

### "Prices keep rising"

Razor sync is fine for a customer data base and service schedule for technicians but we were initially sold on it helping us schedule and telling us when customers were due for service based on our inputs but that isn't how the system actually works

Pros

We needed a system to be able to remotely look up our customers information and scheduling and this did that

Cons

The prices keep going up. We've used razor sync for about 3 years now and are play no more than double what we started at without changing anything in our use or any improvements that affect our companies use of the software.

Reason for choosing RazorSync

My husband liked razor sync better so thats what we went with. Now we wish we'd chosen otherwise with prices rising every time we turn around.

We have been using Razor Sync for about two years now and we Absolutely love it. It makes it easy for the techs to pull up previous invoices to see what has been done on the job before they got there. The dispatching board is Awesome and Super easy to use. We can Invoice, Quote, and Bill the customer all from the same App, Saving us time and money..

Pros

Easy to learn and to Use, Great Customer Service!!

Cons

Needs to have a way to easily Add discounts to the entire ticket.

So far they have been very helpful through the process of learning how to use Razorsync. It will be very helpful to me once we have it going to it's full potintal. It will save me hours of data entry because we do a lot of recurring contract and also like that we can track travel time, hours on job etc. witch will give us valuable information. Razorsync is a great add on to my Quickbooks.

Cons

Haven't found any yet I guess if I was to pick one I wish it was a little cheaper.

Pros

Easy to use, and a great tool to track my customers, projects and invoicing. Customizable services and products is very helpful too. Integrates with QuickBooks too!

Cons

I did not like the RS credit card swiper and merchant service they partner with.

Pros

The software is constantly being improved and enhanced. I've seen RS make great strides in the years I have been using this product. The technical support is professional but personable and are usually very timely with their responses to issues. The online help section is pretty informative too.

Cons

The support hours are not long enough. When updates are performed to bring new options to the software, we do not always know what has been done, so we end up learning as we go. I would like to see more options available to the user for data entry purposes, ie: indicating a primary number for call backs; an area for a phone extension, more consistency in how the same feature in different areas work slightly different, ie: the email button in some 'windows' initiate an entry in the customer's note tab indicating an email was sent, to whom/address and the date/time; other email icons don't do that, so I have to go in personally to input the info.

RazorSync has improved our scheduling, project tracking, job reporting and job specific invoicing. It has eliminated nearly all the paperwork for our jobs.

Pros

The field management and elimination of paperwork has been great. Improved the efficiency of our operations by leaps and bounds.

Cons

The interface between RazorSync and Quickbooks is pretty good, but could use some refining particularly with deposits.
