We have better communication from our on-site technicians to our office personnel. We are able to keep better track of jobs, reducing the amount of work orders that are lost as well as increasing customer satisfaction.

Pros

It is easy to use, training took just a few days. The route optimization greatly improves efficiency. Working as a database; it works great to maintain customer information and work orders.

Cons

It would be helpful if the technicians could upload PDF attachments to the mobile app. Would also like to be able to include PDF attachments to invoices.

Organization of the service calls is great. It keeps everything in order.

Pros

I can see where all my techs are without having to call them. I can open service calls on the go from anywhere. Then, my tech can sync and see it in real time all the details they need to address the service call.

Cons

It is slow to maneuver around on the desktop. It would be nice if you could see the work order information faster from the schedule screen.

We are scheduling and tracking service calls for customers.

Pros

Inputting and retrieving customer information is easy. I like to be able to run different reports with RS on my customers.

Cons

The system slows down or shuts down almost every afternoon.

I think RazorSync is a good scheduling tool for smaller companies. The time spent having to create projects/events and then assigning them can be lengthy.

Pros

Automatic updates, attaching documents within the app makes are some great features

Cons

There are a lot of place info has to be inputed and they are usually not on the same page. This causes wait times for loading different pages and going back and forth between projects and schedule.

I use to write down every customers name address phone number and what was needing done. Then hang onto that paper until the job was done, I would have 4 or 5 little notebooks full of work.... it had to stop... insert Razorsync.... game changer

Pros

The ease of inputting jobs saves so much time. Once the customer is inputted and work order created, I can forget about having to set up a time to call the customer back numerous times. Having the customer being able to get scheduled when they first call in has increased business a ton

Cons

Some hiccups with local emails like hickorytech.net or charter.net, but bugs that can be worked out I'm sure

Reason for choosing RazorSync

I use Intelligent office out of Bloomington and they use it so I also have another admin that takes all my calls and inputs jobs for me

I cannot explain how excited I am to have such a comprehensive app! I have searched high and low not only to find an app that would work for my business model, but a company that supports and stands behind their technology. This does it all! The app has all of the bells and whistles to organize my work flow along with all of the paperwork that goes along with it. Did you say ease of use? The Razorsync support and training team is amazing! They are at your beckoned call and are sooo easy to get a hold of! That's a bonus considering my current CRM doesn't even provide a customer care phone number, I highly recommend this app if you have a field team and need organization and a better work flow and so much more!

Pros

Gives your business an organized platform to work with. Easy to customize and you have everything you need at you and your field teams fingertips! No need for hard copies to lose or carry!

Cons

It has limited capabilities for marketing but I know they are working on this in the near future!

Price is good. Ability to edit. Use on the road Like phone number set up. Like tapping on address and pull up

Cons

Searching is limited. Would like to print schedule for the day (older gentlemen). Wish when you tap in address it would pull within 10 to 20 miles not have to scrunch in and out while driving. Would like date and weather to show each day.

Pros

The scheduling, dispatching, notifications, qboe, payroll, statuses, and reports. All perfect! It all works so well together and very user friendly. My guys use it on tablets and even non tech savvy guys use it with out a hitch.

Cons

I wish it could integrate with HubSpot. All it lacks is a means of traking emails and contacts between the staff and customer. A little more of a CRM I suppose.

### "A Landscapers Perspective"

I am required to use this for logging in a bi-weekly mowing services on only 1 site and for 1 company. Maybe it is 'their' lack of training or provided instruction but I was left to try to navigate alone and 4-5 emails later we only sort of figured it out. It appears to be capable of much more than I'm required to do with it. \*Speaking from a 46 yr old perspective with 27 years experience in my field (commercial landscape maintenance & snow removal) I am completely disgusted with the entire APP and Portal trend in my industry. We are a large and professional company with our own scheduling and tracking software and are now forced to use upwards of 16-20 other similar products. The fact is that my service people are not in higher positions for a reason and navigating apps is not easy for some of them as well as the Latino part of my crews. I went to The Ohio State University for horticulture and now sit and navigate apps and portals all day just to be sure we get paid. People and paper made this country what it is and technology is a blessing - but also a curse. Thank you for the space to vent generically. I hope you reading this are over say.....35 or you may not get it.

Pros

Not much honestly but I am a limited user.

Cons

It is complex compared to some others and not easily navigated (for my purposes)

Cons

Needs some improvements in synching to iPhone and iPad. Auto synchronize never happens. Also the ability to split payments across service requests and other work orders without having to re manipulate them to accommodate a single payment from a customer.
